Dad thought it would be a great idea to get the longest farming plastic sheet he could find and make a proper country slip ‘n’ slide. This is the first time he’s been glad of having a sloped lawn! The kids build core memories from stuff like this and ven if it did cost me my fancy soap, the memories are priceless. Of course the dogs were there to join in too and classic Buddy trying to save the kids from the imminent slippy danger! Amelia knows dad’s tricks and wouldn’t go near him with the hose, learning too fast. Nathan is still trickable haha. Hopefully next time Teddy can join in as he was tucked away in recovery still during this video. We know Niko would be sat at the bottom growling at the dogs as they passed keeping a watchful eye on the kids!

As an old slip n slide aficionado, you need to situate it so they have a good amount of grass to run and build up speed before getting to the slide. Then they will go the entire way and don’t forget going on the tummy -that is REALLY fun! Keep it continually wet also. The soap is a great thought!

Come on mom…. Dad was thinking logically…. Kids are having fun, dad adds soap for better sliding, kids are enjoying themselves and getting clean at the same time….. When done, hose the kids off, dry them…. They're tired from playing, all clean, ready for a nap… No bath needed…. Good job dad!
