Ugh more classics 😭😭😭😭
Classics are great too.
This lady's story doesn't make a lick of sense
Retro JJ 👩🏻⚖️
When Judge Judy was younger and nicer!!!! 😮😅😂😂😂😂
Older episodes are WAY better. JJ is like a human being here. 😱
Plaintiff is s probably the most eggagerated liar ive ever heard …..
I gave up my home, my boyfried, my job, my entire life for a job i didn't even have a contract with……
She was no doubt a terrible employee, if ahe eas any good she qoupd still have a job.
She left a load of debts behind and was happy to run away to a new place since she found herself a man there pretty fast and a place to live….
JJ voice is so different and OMG Byrd been with her mad long 😩
You can tell this is the super-early days of the show by the way JJ so nicely and handles with a big smile the defendant speaking up at 0:48. By the end of the series JJ only got to make a sharp “ahhhpppp” noise, close her eyes, and wave her hand pppffffftttt to a plaintiff.
The owner should mail her own personal mail ! I can tell just by looking at the owner that she's overly difficult.
$60,000 in Texas is a fairly good salary. $60,000 in New York is poverty level.
Only move to NYC if you're strong enough!
JJ was nicer back then for sure.
This is nice version of Judge Judy. It’s time traveling on Saturday.
Amazingly stupid person.
These old JJ episodes are more like a therapy session than a courtroom. I like the newer ones better.
I'm commenting after being 2 minutes in. The plaintiff uprooted herself to move to New York even though she was making the same $400 per week. I'm assuming this is New York City with a much higher cost of living, then and now.
Judge Judy the early years
New York is an at will state. The boss can fire you just because he doesn’t like you.
I can definitely understand & see how JJ's patience has gone from about 90%(with complainers) all the way down to about 5% now-a-days Lol 😆 Im a person who also has lil patience, ESPECIALLY with stupid people!! 😅
plantiff an idiot or she used job as excuse to run away from everything. I mean it seems beyond crazy to take a job if you comfortable where you are with a place to live, a boyfriend, close to your mother, and same pay as texas job?
New york is way more expensive to live so you already screwed yourself!
and also you dont know if it will work out whether you like the job or they like you?
so you risking it all essentially for peanuts
So ahe qas actually banging a new guy and cheated on her bf and left to a new area and new job with her new bf.
wow look how tranquil Judge is!! love the classics
Lady, you don't have the polish nor the vocabulary to be a jewelry salesperson.
Still looks like a helmet 😅
why do yall get so mad about getting an older case lol
When you start a job you're typically on a PROBATIONARY PERIOD. You have no job security. The employer has to see how you'll perform. Nobody drops absolutely everything and expects 100% that it will work out. There's never a guarantee unless it's IN WRITING.
Why did Judge J allow the defendant to make comment during the plaintiffs time?
Not having an employment contract is a huge red flag. Sounds like the plantiff was on a probationary period, couldn’t do the job, and was let go. I need to see the second part
What world is this plaintiff living in?!?!?? Da fuq
Judge Judy is such an amazing woman
lol. A wizened up old scrubber I say.
The most important thing to remember when hiring a person is that not everyone is smart.
Look how nice Judy was as a younger lady
Judge Judy is so mellooooooow back in the day
