About AD&D Dungeon Masters Screen
Dungeon Master’s Screen consists of two durable and folding cardstock screens that both measure 11″ x 25″.
These screens are useful for shielding maps and other game materials from the players when place upright, and also provide instant reference to the most commonly used charts and tables during play. The player’s side is colorfully illustrated to help set the mood, as well as printed with tables for the more standard character classes and the WEAPONS TABLE. These folders have been laminated on both sides to protect them against common wear and tear. This (and only this) screen contains all the official AD&D statistics and tables.
This printing is identified by having two 3-panel screens, the charts are printed directly onto the screen, it has a yellow banner on the front cover, and has the ISBN and product code on the cover.

I'm really liking the newer one from spelljamer
That's cool, I never saw that one. For me, my childhood is linked to the DM screen with the guy in the green cloak opening the door to a horde of demons and gold. I still have it!
I remember this when I was really young. Spent many hours on the outside as a player. The inside of the screen isn't as pretty but extremely functional. I've seen DnD games played without a screen but as a dungeon master I don't think the screen is ever big enough.
I must have spent hundreds of hours looking at the collage art on that DM screen.
Very cool. I've never seen that one before.
I still use these screens since I still play 1st edition with my friends. Of course, after all these decades, they are being held together with scotch tape, but they are still usable.
