  1. Corruption in the name of pulic servants. That jugement in itself is a violation of civil rights and a statement that citizens are to be opressed at all cost. A state of war against the people wheb there is opression like this.

  2. So instead of getting beat up in your lunch money taken 1:58 you just decided to give up your lunch money and not get beat up. It doesn’t make sense to pay. That’s all they want anyway is the money do you have so much support that you don’t mind paying those, outrageous ransoms

  3. I'm an antinatalist because I refuse to force someone into this realm on earth where they might hate to be, nor am I okay forcing someone into existence when I don't know what might happen to them after they die. To do those things to someone else is far too big of a risk for me to take on their behalf.

I shouldn't even have the right to take that risk on their behalf. Someone forcing someone else into the type of existence that they might hate to exist in should be a crime.
even if an antinatalist is enjoying their life, they still don't want to force someone else into existence and force them to be in horrible jeopardy of possibly being harmed in a way that they might hate. If no life forms existed then that would be just fine because then no life form would know or care that they didn't exist. But it would be best if no life forms existed because then no life forms would be forced into this world and forced to be a victim of suffering in a way that they might hate.

  4. not an atty. In my state, this was pretty much decided during covid. there was a two month window when these 'emergency' executive orders were followed to the letter. Then people started getting wise about rights. The lawsuits kept getting filed until these cities just dropped all their BS orders. But what remained were these security stations where they don't say, but they imply that anything beyond this point is a secure area. And they thought they could stop any business they decide on the spot is unnecessary. So the loopholes such as inspect documents like the budget are in law, so the policy be damned! I get confused, because ordinance in my mind is NOT law, but 5-0 writes criminal tickets for them. ordinances here are suppossed to be enforced by code enforcers (although they can have cop backup). So in my mind, jurisdiction without an accompanying charge like Disorderly should be tossed immediately. So like there is a separation of fed v state v municipality … communities are given leeway to govern themselves but also have a supremacy clause. Local Kangaroo courts should never have the ability to impose jailtime, even for not paying fines ( contempt) – they have other civil remedies to enforce compliance ( lean on property, taking licenses away, etc.) If that was truly a criminal court, then where's the law that links the ordinance to criminality? I mean, traffic law here is linked as a crime (although mostly misdemenor) at the state level, and it must be at that level. I don't see the link for a mayor to make it criminal to be defiant when we can ignore unlawful orders, policy, etc. as per the constitution. Obviously this isn't ideal, any case starts off one step behind. Maybe someone can make it make sense for me?

  5. It's amazing that davenport used the feelings of public employees on being filmed as a reason to find guilt . Where in reality the employee is on video with as many as 200 cameras on a daily basis. Buy that one person carrying a camera is going to upset ones feelings .
The mayor's executive order is quite unreasonable as it is going against first amendment.
Where I find Sean's attorney in error is not calling mayor to testify.

  6. Its typical for these low level judges to CONSTANTLY….CONSTANTLY … make rulings against The People… that there is no real legal basis for.. hell.. constantly make rulings where they say the state was justified..or police.. whatever about some of our most basic fundemental constitutional rights.. it has to go up on appeal.. higher courts so many times r like no.. ur ruling is wrong..heres why. U need to revisit it.. re rule or whatever thier process is..

  7. He seems to be a very nice lawyer and a nice person , something we all appreciate,,,,,the lawyers here where i live if its got nothing to do with chasing an ambulance they dont want to have anything to do with your case or your problems from cops voilating your constitutonal rights, to them your rights mean NOTHING , most of them are afraid to go up against a cop falsely arresting you, and the judges around here are no different, they all just take the cops side and you lose your ass in court so they can take your money by fines and court cost,,,,there is no justice in southwestern counties of the state of Virginia,,,,its a cops world here in this region,,,,i guess thats why i never seen or hurd of any auditors operating anywhere around here, specially in Pulaski county, and montgomery county , cops completely run thing here, ,,,Jeff Gray is the only guy ive seen with the nerve to visit this area up in Wythe county, but he was just lucky he met the right cop that let him get by with it, he was mighty lucky that day about two years ago and im glad he made it. Out of here with no troubles, i admired his nerve to do his thing in this area, hes one of the best there is in my books !

  8. No justice in New York. There's this story right now of that trooper who shot himself in the leg and pretended it was some unknown in a Black Dodge Charger… The legal system in NY and the rest of the US is kind of screwed up.

  9. They record Court cases ALL THE TIME! ANOTHER judge biased against auditors, and therefore against the US Constitution!!!

Was this the city judge? State?

And judges should NEVER consider about "hurting people's feelings" in their rulings.

And HOW could a CITY MAYOR's executive order SUPERCEDE the FIRST AMENDMENT of the US CONSTITUTION???!!!! IT CAN'T! That is common sense, and it is stated in the Constitution!!!! The Constitution is the top law and it is set up that way for reason. If courts start following that case law (where ANY city's executive order cancels out the CONSTITUTION), there are going be a lot of problems because it was an incredibly BAD decision.

  10. File an appeal. After that you file a grievance complaint with supreme court disciplinary counsel of the bar association. They will strip her of her law license. They remove her from the bench. Bring your lawyer up to speed with this. He should know. I have 3 lawyers in disciplinary counsel fighting to keep their law license. One of those lawyers is an former federal prosecutor. Corrupt judges and corrupt lawyers don't like that department.
