What ever you telling sir each & each words 2000% right, one of most fucked company i have ever seen in my whole life, even not only Accenture, PWC, & many it companies whose are following this trend right now, if you just visit right now any any mnc or it company ground floor to top floor all are women, where is the equality watermark?!! I think they are just intentionally doing it more & more

Hi , I have attended a interview for" skills " 2 weeks back on Friday for application developer role skills is azure devops and next Monday they called me and asked to upload docs (pancard and payslips)immediately and uploaded it after that there is no calls it almost a 12 days still not getting any update . In that initial mail it showed 2 rounds one is skills , virtual interview.
Is there is any possibility they will call ?
Is this means. I'm selected?
Any one know the what's is next steps ?

this diversity gap itself wrong in India because only 30% are girls in collages and remaining 70% are boys. first correct this diversity and then consider in hirings.

I have seen more talented girls in CS than boys. Its because girls are more talented and have better communication skills thats why they are being selected. Just accept that women are better

I am highly disappointed with Accenture, First of all its hiring process was very long and even after doing our 100% we still got rejected, wtf is this company😮💨 I would never ever apply in this company again
I'm a girl, you're correct instead of sending links to everyone they should've mentioned that its a diversity hire and only interviewed girls. Last year some companies (core companies civil mech) came to our college and they mentioned they won't take girls, it went to huge strike wanting equality, but as it turned out the job required night and 12hr shift. I think any of the girls would not have applied if they had mentioned that and even boys would've been hesitant to apply. So its the transparency these companies lack. We are desperate for a job and they are exploiting it. Thinking abt time and energy wasted on preparing for a job we won't get is so sad.

Despite being a girl, I was rejected after the interview without any clear reason. My interview went really well, and the interviewer seemed impressed. I still don't know the reason for the rejection.
