This is great!
I have a small but though. The thing I like most about improvisation in general is that the most magical things tend to not happen in making something perfect, it is the unexpected that makes the performance come alive. So maybe not focus too much on "perfect improvisations" (that's a lot of pressure to put on a person), but practise what to do with mistakes that inevitably happen instead. By mastering the mistakes they're not a problem, they become a natural part of the performance.
That being said, following your timeline I still have 8 or 9 years to go before I'm ready for this, so take what you will from my comment. 🙃
