I do Ariell dance and we do a lot of core conditioning. Teacher has put a yoga block or a towel on your back so that forces you not to use momentum when lifting your hips

I really don't enjoy do abs, because I have lower back issues, but this routine was very doable and I enjoyed it actually!
Loved this! I couldn’t do it all but you motivate me! One question: doing the last exercise I feel my upper leg muscles more than abs. What am I doing wrong?
