✔️ 5 Ab Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Perform All 5 Ab Exercises x2 Sets

  5. I do Ariell dance and we do a lot of core conditioning. Teacher has put a yoga block or a towel on your back so that forces you not to use momentum when lifting your hips

  6. Love this week's challenge! So thankful for you all at NML . I've been working out with you now for 4 years. Found one of Lindsey's HIIT workouts after I had my first baby and I've been hooked ever since.
