Hey everyone! Today’s video is a PR-only haul since I’m on a no-buy this month but you all said you still wanted to see these videos. To be honest I’m relieved because if I let this stuff back up until the end of the month, it’ll be a lot of things to go through, haha! 💞

💖 ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Jen I am 44 and live in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old son. I am a stay-at-home Mom and full-time YouTuber with a degree in business with a focus in marketing. Before leaving work when my son was born, I was a commercial lender at a bank. I also worked at Sephora and Macy’s doing visual merchandising.
I have dry skin with some hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I love natural makeup looks but occasionally go outside my comfort zone a little bit. On my channel you’ll find lots of videos about drugstore makeup and drugstore dupes (those are my favorites to film!) but I also review high-end makeup as well. I hope you enjoy my channel and if you do, please don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE & leave me a comment!

Also just some wear time notes:
1.The Benefit Mascara didn't smudge on me…yay!
2. The TirTir foundation held up beautifully all day. I'm so glad I bought the silver one.
3. The Colourpop lip balm did start to tingle after a few minutes, but it was very mild.
4. The Colourpop blush had an average wear time with a little bit of fading by the end of the night.
5. The Nomad palette held up great on my eyes until I took my makeup of at night.
the p. louise eyeshadow bases are very well known and adored for good reason. the colourpop liquid blushes look so pretty, and i want to try the new lip oils as well. i love their new liners and the shades are beautiful, and i hope they start to expand the shade range. i loveeee nomad’s eyeshadows and i can’t wait for haunted europe and ghost town usa to restock, and now i reallllly need to get the stargazing palette as well!!! the badgal bang mascara is one of my favorites, and i always buy a couple when i see them on the yearly ulta sale. omg, the rise and shine fragrance sounds absolutely delicious!!! the fwee lip and cheek colors are soooo pretty, and i love the cute pots they come in. your makeup looks absolutely beautiful. 💗💗💗
That PLouise product is an eyeshadow base!
Francis Kurkdjian, same Perfumer that created EA Green Tea, later created Baccarat Rouge 540. I still like the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea fragrance and White Tea fragrance.
oooh i wanna try those kopari fragrances especially the malibu peach. I need to try the O/S primer for my crater size pores. I dont like the pixie deodorant packaging at all. too bulky!
I want to try the benefit highlighter! I love the blue bad gal bang mascara!!! You are just too preetttty!!!!!❤
Have you tried the Kopari sunscreen oil?? I use it on exposed arms and legs daily.
I have a tube of Bad Gal going right now, and yes it smudges after a few hours. 😢 Otherwise, it is good for a short term look. Not a favorite.
Oh goodness, the NOMAD palette was so magical. Haven't seen a pigment pick up like that before. So nice ❤❤❤
Those are your colors! That blush is perfection on you!
That nail polish is gorgeous. I do like that benefit spray pretty well. It’s not my favorite but it’s a nice option
Changing up your blush placement based on Rose-Marie Swift's suggestion flatters your face beautifully! You look so radiant and youthful! I have also started applying my blush this way, and I get so many more compliments on my makeup.
Wow! What an unboxing. Looking forward to seeing some of these items! Now I really want the silver Tir Tir compact!!
It’s eyeshadow base
🦋🦋🦋
Thanks for another great video!❤
Love your makeup hauls Jen. Would like to see you do a smokey eye look with those darker colors.
I am very confused. Why pay money to mimic a finger when you already have eight that are reusable, free, and much better for the “environment” 😂😂
P.Louise- eye primer
Really curious to know what you think of the Silver TirTir, @JenPhelps for a full day. I have the 17C and if I tap that on my neck you can't see it! It's like, identical to my skin😮. If you consider that I actually have some colour in my face now, I might need the 15C in winter. I'm such a Casper 🤦🏻♀️! I did appreciate the consistency. It's quite light coverage, but much more natural looking. With a good moisturiser underneath it looks really nice, a healthy glow. I do need to be honest: I never wear makeup for a whole day as I'm chronically ill and one of my symptoms is chronic fatigue > I often sleep 20 to 22hrs a day or my brain shuts down. So my opinion is purely based on max 4hrs of wear. When it comes to shade, first look and usability for that half a workday I was quite happy. I got quite a lot of compliments when I wore it. I'd combined it with the highlighter described below and the CanMake Almond cream blush. Never thought a dark brown blush (or a fire engine red for that matter, which I've tried too) would look great, but it looks amazing. You don't need a bronzer! Ideal for a very natural & fast and fresh makeup look. I rarely use a base as I'm never satisfied with the shade, and how it looks on my face. But the shade is perfect and for a foundation it looks quite nice.
I'm SO going to buy one of those 'finger' brushes to try. I almost always use my finger when applying cream blushes/highlighter that are very pigmented, but it would be nice to keep my hands clean. And I'm curious to see if the end effect is nicer. I use just one finger as I apply those cream blushes above the nose wing and then with a slight curve up, so I have less 'real estate' to cover, and I'm careful because of the pigmentation/ shade, which means they could still be useful for me.
That Pixie highlighter also seems right up my alley. I found my holy grail in the Holika Holika butter highlighter which gives that gorgeous wet sheen/glow from within with a very light champagne shade. The effect is perfect, it's suuuuper easy to apply, the colour is perfect on my face, and it didn't exacerbate any texture. If I could find a similar thing that's easier to obtain, that would be great. I have plenty powder highlighters, but on dry skin they just don't give the effect I desire. And I'm not a fan of the new blushlighter trend, so that's not an option either.
I've also tried a cushion highlighter (Moisture Cushion Highlighter by fmgt), but while the effect is quite similar, the shade was too unnatural for me. It had a pearly sheen, no glitters, but there was a pinkish glow on top of the champagne. If that's your thing, it is really pretty, but on my very pale & cool toned skin a pinkish highlighter is just not pretty. I'm going to retry it with the butter highlighter on top, to see if I can still use it like that, and maybe it's nice like that. Otherwise I might try it as an eyeshadow topper. I'll check out the brand to see if they have other shades, because a true champagne in this formula will be very pretty.
brows looking great so even !!
Hi Jen, I enjoyed watching this video, I am looking forward to seeing your point of view on the Korean skin care after using it for a couple of months and in different seasons (Autumn/ Fall, winter). Love Katherine xoxo
Omg I'm excited to see all of this!!!!
Hey! There's a brand new L.A. Girl collection out at Ulta and I bought it all!! Bronzing drops!!! 2 eyeshadow palettes, powder bronzer, and 3 blush sticks. I guess this is "I buy July" for me. Lol! 😂
IKTR = I Know That's Right!
I think I was like the first to post about the new milani luminous blush stick and lip oil! It was in my Walmart extra early. Milani hadn't even released anything about it when I seen it!;🙌
I hear the milani bringing drops is super good!
So pretty in pink. 😊
The p louise is an eyeshadow base
Eye base
Hi Jen, the PLouise base is an eyeshadow primer. A big hug from Chile 🥰
I'm usually not jealous of PR but the Mixsoon omg❤
The p louise base is a eye primer
I think the plouis is eye primer. It doesn’t set down and I don’t like it.
The foundation looks beautiful on your skin xx
Super cool video!!! ❤
I didn't care for the benefit hoola bronzer. Very yellow or the one I always got.
I would use that revlon brush to grab foundation from a cushion foundation and dot it on my face. That Tirtir looks beautiful on you.
🎉❤
