  1. EDIT: By popular demand, here's a shorter 5-minute version to send to folks! https://youtu.be/uu7u_N-lTLA Also, 2 Points regarding convincing Trump voters:

    1) Note that this video is for YOU to send to a Trump voter (or to use as inspiration for a conversation with them), not for the Trump voters directly. I know Trump voters might watch this on their own – that’s why you would need to send it! (Along with context relevant to that person, and no single message works for everyone, of course – that’s why I threw in a few angles here) Better for this to come from a loved one than just from a rando on the internet.

    2) Yes, if someone is deep in the MAGA cult (not all Trump voters are), then they are beyond reasoning with and would need a different approach. I like the book “The Cult of Trump” by Steven Hassan for tips on reaching people in the cult, I’ll be discussing this in an upcoming video. The main thing to do is just to build rapport and trust, and eventually to ask genuine questions about why they hold their beliefs. You can't change someone else's mind, but you can lovingly nudge them towards questioning things for themselves.

  2. You are spot on! Voters don’t understand that politicians like trump and his ilk DO NOT CARE about any of us. They care about power, control, money and let’s not forget crown size. P.S. grocery prices are not going down. In fact, prices may go up and supply may go down due to lack of workers once mass deportation is implemented.

  7. You clearly define the problem of "everything the left does is bad, and everything bad is because of the left". This is the most important issue progressives face. No one has a solution yet. There was a meeting of left-wing YouTube influencers and Biden recently and they know they know they need to collaborate because, as it stands, the right just beats their propaganda narrative into the heads of their followers.

  13. I know Ahsante isn't the kind of person to play blame games and score points, but to avoid calling out those on the left who do it, too, will immediately strike the intended viewership as hypocritical.

    I say this while generally enjoying the tone of the video. Haters gonna hate, but if you go 8 Mile on it and call yourself out they shut up and listen.

  20. Start following and voting in your local elections. Most politicians start their careers at a local level. We can’t let them (those not working to better the live of their constituents) move up in the state, house or the senate. It is vital to keep them out of government at all levels.
