A twist on corn soup. Country life and good Nutrition. There's a kite in the sky too!

It’s the dry season! There’s heat! There’s sahara dust! There are all sorts of flus and viruses going around. So we made a soup in Erin by Uncle Bean. It was simple and yet so delicious. Just being in the countryside was like therapy for the flu. We soaked it alllllll in. The breeze, sights, sounds, smells, people. A seemingly ordinary provided a wealth of tranquility. Oh. It’s also kite season and there is a kite in there somewhere. Enjoy!

  1. Hi Ellis, a sip of that healing soup would be just right for now 🫠 I would love to stroll through the plantation with you, but I would be distracted by nervously looking out for Sammy, because of my Ophidiophobia !! Hope Navin and your dad are okay, I will continue to pray for them. Take care, stay blessed 💕

  2. Really proud of Uncle Bean's Garden of Eden! Well done and a great accomplishment!✨👏
Kudos to the man with the chicken van! ⭐ And thanks for highlighting all small business folk. 👍
In describing the kite string or thread 🧵 that broke, the word "AYO" or "IYO" was used, an interesting fact is that Kites go as far back as 400 BC! 🪁
A specie of MANGO 🥭 named "JULIE" was highlighted. The fruit, when ripe, is extremely fragrant and outstandingly juicy, and there's strong evidence that it came to Trinidad from India.
Seriously, I think that the hearty soup 🍲 featured in this video should be only be available with a prescription 😋 🤤; a cure for any ailment! And what made it even more wholesome was the "chipping in" by Sana and Uncle Bean! 👌 I also learned that pounding or grinding garlic 🧄 cloves releases more flavourful OILS that chopping garlic! Fantastic technique. 👏
Thanks so much for the panoramic views which recording your videos! They do help to put the scenes into a more meaningful context. 🎉
Your meals are like music 🎶 🎶 to my taste buds, and I look forward to chipping along with you in your next video!👏👌🎈
