Yes, the textures on the Goblin Hewers are broken for me, too.
Apparently during the end turn Dark Elf factions can take a long time if they have many Black Arks. And the AI loves to get them.

I know you just talked trash about them in this very episode, even going so far as dropping an S bomb – but I can't help but earn for a Ranger with great weapons army. Or rather the Axe Storm one, featuring the most prominent Axe enthusiasts from your roster: Great Weapon Rangers, Goblin Hewers, Doom Seeker unit or two, maybe some Grudge Settler Longbeards with Great Weapons.
