  1. Hey he got the email from Disney with the largest taxpayer over billion dollar line. And he read it twice including the non profits line (the Disney email contained no non profits). I guess we know where your bed is buttered. And he even admits that he is regurgitating the talking points. You aren’t a reporter if all you do is repeat Disney talking points

  2. The new meet & greets for disneyworld/ disneyland seemed rushed. It could either be the costume or the interaction that has fell flat for me. Overall if it's Jane in Florida or John & Sarah in California I'm loving every second of seeing them!

  3. Hopefully the DeSantis haters move to California. They have lots of freedom there. Freedom to commit crime since crime is legal. Freedom to use and sell drugs since drugs are legal. Freedom to live and poop on the streets after you become a junkie thanks to all the freedom to use drugs. The state also has the freedom to close businesses but now those businesses don’t need to be closed because of covid. They’re closing on their own because of all the crime. We need the whole country to be democrat forever. That way we can print more money for the war in Ukraine and completely end domestic energy production in favor of foreign energy. Because inflation and getting our energy from China, Russia, and the middle east is good for our economy. Not making any of this up. I live in California. It’s a democrat paradise. 👍

  4. Regarding the Florida stuff… why does everyone who supports Disney in this issue like to keep pointing out that Disney is the biggest taxpayers? Does that somehow mean they deserve special treatment over all other taxpayers? Every time I hear that statement it has the opposite affect than intended for me.

  5. So when Disney isnt paying people what you think they should or does mass lay offs or bullies a small business like a day care, with lawyers and lawsuits just for having Mickey painted on a wall or closes a ride you love or raises prices to insane rates or neglect repairs to attractions and rides especially to potentially very dangerous extents , then Disney is this big evil company and is greedy and shameful and they need to fire leadership. But the minute they are getting called out and made accountable then so many people run to defend Disney to the death just because the guy against them is on the opposite side of the political isle. People take any attack on Disney as a personal attack on them. People need to learn that you can love Disney and the idea of it and what it represents and the dream that is Disney but also dislike the corporation that controls it and the terrible people who run it ,that have no love or passion for what Disney is and just see it as dollar signs. Personally I think this who thing is dumb on both sides. I think Disney should have stayed out of politics and not gotten involved in this mess and both sides just keep escalating more and more I fear to the point that the only ones who will suffer will be the guests and the lovers of Disney. Just like war where in no one truly wins and everyone suffers except those who started it.

  6. Desantis does not care about Florida lately . All he cares about is destroying Florida biggest employees Disney . Once he destroys Disney how much kickback is desantis getting ,and how much is Florida getting. As it is the residents of florida are already suffering because of Desantis actions .

  7. I would like to see WDW close and put those 90k people immediately furloughed /on unemployment and kill a HUGE chunk of tourism dollars coming into Orlando. pretty sure that would shut the governor up.

  8. Disney decide to direct challenge the State on nothing bill about k-3. They lose special district and vote a king charles law idk of self rule. Desantis won 4 more years and they continue to fight. Suicide for a company to do this and lawsuit hits look for tax increase at disney hotels

  9. If any moderate politician had proposed legislation to put Disney's infrastructure under more direct scrutiny by the state, I probably would have been in favor of it. But DeSantis only did this as a direct reaction to Disney's public opposition to his hateful policies, and the people he's put in charge of the operation have explicitly stated that their goals include using their authority to influence Disney's policy-making in the future. I hope they all lose their jobs soon.

  10. I feel sorry for the people in Florida that supports your idiot governor. He got his panties in a wod because someone disagreed with his stupid policies. What's going to happen when he is no longer to your state and you all are left paying for what Disney's is paying for now. So go ahead a support him and pay later😅

  11. All this Desantis stuff shows is that he shouldnt be in any power as he doesn't govern for the best intentions for Florida, instead holds grudges against companies and acts like a child and wants to take his ball and go home or ruin everything without thinking about his constituents.

  12. Gee, a bill precluding the RCID from entering in to any agreements with the WDC sure would have been a great and LEGAL idea to have done BEFORE the RCID already entered in to a legally binding 30 year covenant with the WDC.

OOPS, I guess you didn't think of that? Maybe that's something to keep in mind the next time you attempt using the power your office to retaliate against the speech of a private business?

  14. Governor Ronnie is barking up the wrong tree and he is the one who will suffer as will the taxpayers of Florida.
If I were Mr Iger I would stop all new projects for Disney and close doem all parks for a month for necessary maintenance and or sprucing up.
Let the Governor eat crow and suffer the consequences

  15. I believe it's a good thing that the state wants to monitor the parks and make sure everything is up to code. I will feel safer going because I am doubly assured everything that my family does is as safe as possible.

  16. Disney sues Orange County to lower their property taxes all the time!

I see you read Disney’s propaganda email that they sent to all the YouTubers, LOL!

Disney is not the largest employer in Florida.

They don’t get special privileges forever just because they donate money to charities.

    Disney is not The Godfather.
Now they can operate just like all the other resorts & special districts.
