  1. After 8 weeks of learning essentially nothing about this game, I'll still miss these streams. There's a certain comfiness to watching them sail for hours only to die the instant they meet an enemy ship

  2. A somewhat unfocused end to the adventures of The Hardtack Boys that mostly proves 16 hours is too long to play Sea of Thieves. It's meant to be accessible and pretty, but not deep. Despite its pacing issues, Pulsar: Lost Colony actually held up better. For another game like this with some depth, I would have liked to have seen a couple sessions of Carrier Command 2: the first to learn the game, and the second to play it.

  3. I find it a little weird that none of them know or realized that if you have the anchor up and the sails furled the ships will spin in place if you turn the wheel. I've used it to get out of a few tight places, including being jammed against a dock.
