If I have got the right meaning of Biomes (and trust me, the heat is coursing through me right now, the brain is very fried atm) I would have to say that anything deserty has to be my worst conditions because there's nowhere to hide. Literally, if you went into a boss fight in the desert, it would be just you one on one, nowhere to hide, no making use of your surroundings
Plus also add to that the lack of resources as well and it could be a long fight for you
