I think from the quality of the tracks that are in the DLCs, it wouldn't be the best to put in so many good tracks. I wish we could have gotten them, yes, but I think with how the quality of Mario Kart Tour has gotten into the DLC tracks compared to the more detailed original tracks of Mario Kart 8 (Deluxe), it would probably be 100x better if we got them in a new Mario Kart with better graphics. I don't hate Mario Kart Tour, I played it and it wasn't for me, but if you look at the tracks in the DLCs, they feel unfinished or missing the quality the Mario Kart 8 (Deluxe) had. I'm not saying we can't have good tracks, but if you're going to make DLCs that people are going to waste over $20 on to enjoy then at least put out more time to make the tracks look decent (I'm mainly talking about the Toad circuit track).
I've been truely grateful with what we've gotten in the booster course pass. A mixture of returning classics & brand new remakes.
As for the tracks that didn't make it to bcp (that were remade from tour) or haven't been remade at all, those can be saved for the next big mainline mario kart, and that's what makes it exciting to see which track is going to be remade for the first time.
And now, there's a lot to choose from, whether from tracks that got into tour but in the bcp or tracks that haven't been remade at all
sad to see alot of big hitters not make it, but at the same time, we'll probably see most of them return as the next mainline title's retros. Probably for the best anyhow as with most other mario karts it'll probably be made to show off the capabilities of the system. aka the visuals will be top notch. as good if not better than 8's base game.
Nintendo has FORGOTTEN about these 55 Mario Kart Tracks
You forgot two DS tracks: dokan_course and test_circle
Hopefully they make a return in BCP 2 (a new Mario Kart isn't necessary)

As much as I don't hear people hating on Toad's Favtory, I also never hear people saying they love it
Everyone who talked about the Wii courses they wanted back was talking about Coconut Mall, followed by Maple Treeway and Koopa Cape, then Rainbow Road. People would've asked for Grumble Volcano had it not been in the game already
But Toad's Factory? Imho that course is underappreciated. I abaolutelh love it, but next to no one else show their love for this course
Personally, the Tour tracks should’ve never been a part of the DLC, but instead wait until the new game. The N64 and GC tracks deserved spots over them.
It's really baffling that a Mario Kart game with a grand total of 96 tracks didn't have a single Luigi-themed track. Way to treat Mario's brother like chopped liver Nintendo.

I’m also sad that airship fortress didn’t make it kinda sad I wanna see how they remix the music and it’s a really fun track but whatever I like that they added a retro Bowser’s castle finally 🎉
DD is my favourite MK game, so kinda upset that Wario Coloseum (my favourite track ever) and the rest of the special cup didn't get in. At least Jungle got in though, but would've loved to get less Tour tracks which I personally don't like at all instead of more DD tracks
