Stain absolutely my favourite character in the series. So sad to see that his role in the final battle ended up so minor and even unsuccessful.

If this is how Stain die I'm going to be blowed. Stain is my fav character in the whole Manga. This guy alone have multiple heroes and shook up at the same time by pure rage and intimidation and to go out like he is nothing. Nah
Stain was used the right amount. His legacy dramatically impacted the League of Villains to improve greatly.
And he was not going to be able to break out of Tartarus on his own. It took “two” All for Ones to do so, and Stain on his own wouldn’t be able to accomplish such a feat.
Him being out of prison gave him two significant contributions. First he helped get All Might out of a depressive state and second he delivered crucial info to the heroes that enabled them to prepare for All for One. This war would’ve been one sided in the villain’s favor if not for him.

Stain is not a stan. He is a true follower. He doesn't blindly follow All Might. He holds All Might accountable.

Stains death is a caveat so All Meat can have his organs transplanted and the merging embers of one for plot n stains quirk awaken a latent quirk hidden in All Mediocre’s mitochondrial DNA restoring his muscle form and powers up his projectile blood vomit and a new strand of hep C that gives All Mid Stains signature chapped lips hunch back and pee stained bandages which btw are sentient and stiffen anytime bakushot uses his new quirk aptly named fuse

All of this could’ve been avoided if Deku had just killed Shigaraki already. Punching him in the face instead of the chest, or killing him while he was inflating to the size of a balloon. If AFO ends up winning this is all on you Deku. 😈

Stain turns up to help All Might, but AM counters in 2 seconds and kills him 5 seconds after that
As much as I love stain, I feel like he's served his purpose. Toga, Dabi, and Spinner were all inspired by Stain yes, but as the series/manga progressed, those character's interests have shifted. Dabi wants revenge, Toga wants love and even Spinner, who was a huge Stain fan, has laid his life on the line for Shigaraki
