Rabbi Griffin shares insights to the Torah portion from ancient Jewish sources which include the Talmud, Midrash, Zohar, Rambam, Rashi, Rabbeinu Bachya, Ramban, and many other commentators. #LapidJudaism
@Lapid Judaism is an end time movement of believers returning to a Torah-true Judaism centered on the belief that Yeshua is the promised Messiah of Israel. Lapid represents a return to the religion of the Messiah which was and is traditional Judaism.

Baruch HaShem, may the Ahavat Ammi (Love for my people) grow. We forever give praise and thanks to HaShem Who has given us Yeshua (ישוע), the Rock of our lives (Tzur Chayeinu / צור חיינו), He is the Messiah (Moshiach / משיח) of Israel!! We very much appreciate the important work of Rabbi Tovia Singer, of Outreach Judaism, and specifically his revealing of the deceptions of Paul who was a false apostle. #rabbitoviasinger

So that passage in Devarim that refers to God raising up a prophet like Moshe and applying it to Paul is oxymoronic. Because, on the one hand, they say the Torah is done away with, and yet they look to the Torah to qualify Paul. That's just plain hypocrisy and illogical.

For me Paul has always been controversial. Here is my opinion. The Catholic Church spouts off about St Peter, however, their beliefs are based on the miss interpreted work of Paul. They are the most evil group of all but have been the keepers of Paul's letters. Over time I think they have changed the writings little by little until the meaning has been changed. All meaning can change with a word here and there. Always challenge the works of Paul because his words have been the most twisted and tarnished. If Paul does not agree with all of the others then the work of Paul should be thrown out. Paul is not above The Father, The Son, Moses or any of the other prophets.
Very beautiful teaching ❤️
A sincere question – At the end of the teaching the explanation of forgiveness with an offering was mentioned, and how people ask about how forgiveness was obtained without an offering. How this works has been taught in previous videos, ( 2 Chronicles 7:14) and I understand that part. What I've been looking for, is there forgiveness given to those outside of covenant? If not, this could partially explain Hebrews 9:22 as the "shedding of blood" is simply circumcision. Just a thought I had listing to the teachings and older podcasts.
Question: it seems obvious to me why meat was a part of the sacrifices to cover sin, meat is full of B vitamins. When you’re stressed out, you need more b vitamins. Sin causes stress on everything and everyone. So when you gave a sacrifice as far as I understand, you weren’t just feeding yourself, but the priest, Levi’s, the needy coming in for food. Basically, your sacrifice was helping restore your community.
So my question is, is my premise correct? Does everybody eat? Do any of the extra biblical or biblical authors talk about this? Again, it seems so obvious to me. But it could be because I have health issues in which I need meat. I have tried vegetarianism a couple of times and both times I got extremely sick.
TIA
Deut 18 only applies to Yeshua…no one else had talked to Hashem besides he and Moshe.
Rabbi, acting as the devil's advocate in the Santa rotta . I think we don't have a clear picture of Paul or shaul since his writing. The one who are actually his. Have been rewritten possible during the medieval ages and translated and retranslated to fit the agenda or narrative of that particular time. His Judaism is not foreign to many ideas of the 1st century Judaism and pretty much the Pharisee which consider that the Torah should be applied allegorically or subjectively rather than at the letter or objectively . To be fair to any argument. Paul ideas which some on them were aligned in the hekalot or merkava literature and also have parts of Persian dualism with his obsession of the battle between the flesh and the spirit. So also he was very mistic, which is not foreign at that time and also apocalyptic. So my argument is first we need to analyze what was the Judaism of that time. And you'll see how many of Paul ideas weren't as heretic as we think now. I am not Pauline but I find fascinating the evolution of religions and how they sometimes start one way and finish another. … Being said Rabbi singer is a great guy and very wire and knowledgeable. But his agenda is debunk Christianity (totally agreed with him most of the time) but …the big but. He is forgetting to explain some key facts. For example his explanations are based in the Judaism nowadays not the first temple point of view. Two powers in heaven wasn't nonsense at that time. Suffering messiah was a belief as the apocalyptic preachings of Yeshua were too. He fails when he forgot mentioning that not only Christianity was imbued with neo platonism and Aristotelian s but also Judaism . I read the guide of the perplexed still first book lol and it's Aristotelian to death. And kabbalah is strictly neo platonism. My two cents
