Ehh the boyfriend seems like a sort of obvious pick, while not the one doing the stalking he masterminded it basically. I just think making it the apartment manager would have been a better twist, especially since I wouldn't expect an apartment manager or landlord to watch vtubers.
Like its entirely possible she wasn't "in on it" but was convinced by the ex to try and keep you "safe" if you did anything that seemed extreme like toward the end.
It kind of feels like a slight copout to just make it a scheme so any suspicion of anyone is justified in the end.
