Summary: After receiving a promotion, Francis and his wife Julia move from New York to Bucharest. While her husband is away at work, the girl is left to herself – without friends and language skills, she feels uncomfortable in a strange country, and moreover, she begins to be haunted by the disturbing feeling that the neighbor across the street is watching her.
