About the presenter:

There was a solid black spot in the center that was stationary.. I wasn't afraid until it looks like it was going to touch me.. .after that i can't remember if it just disappeared.

25:00 In the 1990s, I had gotten to a point in my life, in my spiritual channeling where I had become somewhat curious about whether or not "extraterrestrials" actually existed. I had been teaching myself creative visualization through the use of affirmative mantras which I had re-educated myself from author Shakti Gawain's book "Creative Visualization" which my best friend had given me a copy of several years earlier.
Anyway, I decided to start visualizing myself making contact with [an] extraterrestrial/s. I had been dabbling in meditation and then transcendental meditation since I was about 12 years old. I had only gotten more serious about the pursuit as I entered my early 20s. After only, I think, maybe two or three days of visualizing myself making contact with an extraterrestrial being which I was doing prior to going to sleep at night, someone actually reached out to me while I was in REM sleep.
I hadn't actually visualized what KIND of an extraterrestrial being I hoped to meet, because I didn't know what and how many different kinds there are out there in the universe, so, to my surprise, the being that had reached out to me first came to me in a sparkling sheet of diamond-like fog. I know that sounds weird, but, it wouldn't let me see it at first, because it knew that I might be frightened and we'd lose the connection that we had just initiated. The only part of itself that it allowed me to see at first, was just its mouth, which was finely scaled and when its mouth opened to speak to me, I saw very small, and very sharp looking teeth. But, I found that because it (I felt like it was a he, not a she, not that any of that really matters, the energy felt male, not female) only allowed me to initially see its mouth, I was able to process the information I was seeing more easily.
Finally, over a period of a few days of practicing this dream-state, and receiving some instructions on how to maintain our connection, at least for a while, I was allowed to see "him?" at first, just his head, then, as we (or I) became more comfortable with each other, I could see his entire body. He reminded me of Sleestacks (I don't know if I spelled that correctly) from an old Saturday morning kids television show called Land of the Lost. Honestly, he had sort of normal looking eyes, not big and black like on the TV show. And, he DID have a very small nub of a tail, as he didn't wear clothing like humans do. He showed me his world and said that his people live underground for most of the time, as daytime on the surface of his planet is unbearably and extremely hot. He said, and showed me the surface of his planet one night when he was able to take me to the surface which was around 3:00 am.
I found it odd that, since we were only visiting each other in the Astral Plane, that he would or could only show me the surface of his planet at night. I don't know or pretend to understand how or why that sort of thing affected our nightly, dreamtime meetings, but, apparently it did, otherwise, why would he have made that so obvious to me?
He also told me that his planet, and his people were an Old Soul Planet, and, that the population of his planet was very, VERY small, that those who were left on the planet were the last of their kind. Most of his people pursued art, science, and spiritual matters. When I was underground with him and his people, his family, I didn't feel like I was actually underground. I felt like I was visiting an incredibly beautiful, lush (believe it or not) desert planet.
We visited each other every night for about three weeks, then, my own life seemed to intrude and I stopped reaching out for contact. I felt satisfied that I had accomplished my desired task, which was to meet an extraterrestrial. Was it all just a dream? Is THIS life just a dream? What IS "reality"?

The CGI visuals were very "Steiner" -esque… Rudolf Steiner of Anthroposophy, eurythmy, etc. Like his art and representations of spiritual realms. Very vague, "shiny", colorful, etc.
I respect any "disclosure", "contactee" UFO-type person that represents the matter as MOSTLY SPIRITUAL phenomenon. This is something extremely important I wont pretend to have the final word on, but has been made extremely clear to me is the truth of beings, realms, craft/travel, etc… As well as our own ancient history and future.
All of it is explicitly "spiritual", to whatever extent you want that to mean, but mostly including consciousness, non-physicality, states of being in different "dimensions" etc. Its all very hard to explain, but extremely easy to understand.
Visions, dreams, out-of-body, psychics, intense emotion, etc… Thats all it/everything is, except it's much more real and 'scientific' than we are led to believe…

not all of us are lost nor are all the true lost ones found. But there is a balance and it most certainly must be maintained, otherwise we would be engulfed by all the petty desires of all of existence & the implications that are part & parcel to be enlightened. Truth is a definite weapon we have yet to learn to wield correctly. Wouldn't that totally frighten any onlooker at our world & the constant state of protected interests that stifle any true progress?

What a presentation, thank you. I agree with you with respect of us being psychological damaged in our material world. I see it all around us everyday and it is repugnant. I tried to correct myself of the same thing I recent but I keep getting dragged into the world. We must need a lot refinement in the eyes of these advanced beans in other worlds.
