  1. Fun fact- Bolts never break where you can get to them easily. Last time it happened to me i bought a right angle drill and some HIGH QUALITY reverse drill bits and easy outs.(German made).Drilling the hole directly in center of bolt is crucial. Glad it worked out for you. ✌️

They’re just doing this to everyone I just payed 2800.00 to get my heater core changed out in a dodge crew truck plugged off from casting sand from the Cummins block never seen these problems before your bolt prob has some green loc tight on aluminum just to bend everyone over trying to fix your own equipment it’s every where bro

  3. Whoever assembled that last time didn't use any anti-seize on it. That's a must when mixing aluminium and steel fasteners. I had the same issue on old airhead BMW motorctcles. The exhaust nuts are aluminum threaded onto a cast iron cylinder barrel.

  4. The last time I saw one like that I had a claim on the engine and the Shop disassembled the whole front end and replaced the Acessory front engine surround mounting plate. I believe that is what they called it. Paccar paid for it 17 hours labor it takes 2 people a days work. This is not uncommon for that one bolt to do that. This truck like yours only had 124000 miles.

  6. I feel your pain! Hang in there Robert. Same chit happens to me whenever I try to be proactive. Bought a pickup last week and the transmission just went out. If it's not something, it's always something!

  7. Robert: get a private insurance adjuster for your insurance needs, they will get enough to replace both roofs and the insurance company will pay them thru the excessive amounts the insurance will pay you. Worth every penny

  11. 🇺🇸💕☝🦅⚓🪖🐾😘🥰🐕🐕🐕🐾🐾 hey there, bud when you watch these videos here make sure you put some penetrating oil on that and let it soak in if you use a torch. Wait until it’s slightly wait touch this Luke Luker and then spray more penetrating oil cause that’ll help. It suck in and let it sit like that for a day I would say maybe overnight then come in and clean it with a cleaner then put your little connector toys on there and then slowly back it out with some luck there’s no guarantee you might have to drill and tap into it or you can weld into it and then put a bolt onto it and maybe get it out that way, but yeah man you’re shit creek a little bit I wish you here on this OK🇺🇸🇺🇸☝ OK🦅 the eagle is the stand for our country⚓ the anchor is because I’m a retired naval man🪖 the helmet is for all the veterans🐾 the🐕 and a little doggy things are for Maggie fat butt and the other girl there OK💕💖💗 and❤ the love goes to both you and your wife and God.
