A BART Halloween Special: The San Mateo Line

The San Mateo BART extension hasn’t entirely been a smooth ride. Here’s a quick look at all the stations, which from ghost platforms to cavernous entrances, is especially pertinent at this time of year.

Intro/outro music is a cover of “Lurking in the Shadows” from Club Penguin, originally composed by Chris Hendricks.

  1. if u get off at colma station and walk to daly city in n out u will notice that everyone else who got off the train is also walking to in n out. so much faster for ppl near downtown sf than taking a bus or worse the f market to fishermans whalf. a lot of daly city is closer to the colma station.

  2. You just can't resist crapping all over Bart, can you? So if you hate it so much why make videos about it? Seriously. What's the point of this negativity? to convince fewer people to use the system so that the politicians can safely (for them) shut it down in 2027 when they run out of money? Just focus on the transit systems that you do like and let the rest of us enjoy the ones that we like.

The media, the right wing propaganda, the anti-California and anti-Bay Area alt-tech propaganda machines are already doing their best to convince people that anything related to the Bay and SF in particular is trash. We don't need yet another snarky NJB copycat youtuber piling on with more negativity.

  4. San Francisco is such a hypocrite, public transit public transit PUBLIC TRANSIT!!!, oh you want to bring public transit to the airport… that we own… that'll cost you money. We have this big transit center in the middle of downtown San Francisco that will be the ultimate hub for transit in the entire region and eventually CAHSR after we get a few billion to extend the CalTrain lines from 4th street to it… but it'll cost you money to use it. Seriously, the Amtrak connector train does not use the transit center because rent is too much, instead it just drops off/picks up passengers outside of the station.
