Plenty of these for sale on chrono24 for 1500 euro. As a g-shock fan I think it's a cool watch but I'd rather get the regular model and save some money or I'd save a bit more and get an MRG like my lovely MRG-G1000DC 😂.

I must admit, I'm not a G-Shock fan, from an athsetic point of view, but I can appreciate them as being a watch people wear at work, and them being tough as nails, and can take what's thrown at them. For that reason, a G-Shock that costs thousands doesn't really make sense to me. It seems a lot of the price of this watch is linked to the fact that it's a limited edition.

Not my cup of tea. It doesn't seem a high feat to put together a great watch on a $9.000 budget. The challenge is doing that on a $90 budget or, what made Casio iconic and unique, making it possible with a $9 retail price. Not to mention that at a 9 grand price point, this watch has nothing to do with the Swiss grails, IMHO.
