  1. It seems so weird to me that the game draws you 5 cards, you reveal 3 and then pick one of the ones you revealed. Like, why draw the 5 cards only to remove the 2 you didn't end up using? What's the point? Just start with showing the player 3.

  2. Deckbuilder? Yes
    Tower Defense? Heck yes
    Bullet Heaven? Absolutely

This game instantly shot up to the top of my wishlist. I love the look, the music and how the gameplay looks so far and can only be excited what the future holds for this game

  3. Hey I'm the dev.
Thanks for playing such an early build, so much useful feedback! I filled a page of notes lol.
I'm looking forward to fixing all the issues you were experiencing. Glad you had fun regardless.

To clarify the issue with the Sin Spotters, it's actually two issues combined.
    * The sin spotters aim directly towards the enemies, and don't take into account their movement, so it basically aims slightly behind them. That's why it's worse at higher ranges.
    * Having extra projectiles causes the spread to be too high, allowing some smaller enemies to sneak through the gap.

    Awesome intro btw!
    "I can't tell, I don't know, and I'm scared to find out." 🤣
Pretty much sums it up ha.

  4. Love your content as always!

I have to do a little back seat gaming here. You really didn’t need to combine every single tower in the early game when you were one shotting everything already. Seems like an odd idea to try to lower the number of bullets you’re putting out in a bullet hell style game.

  5. Do you finish games on your own time?

I've always been hesitant to get into content creation around games because I wouldn't want it to feel like a job, and I want to preserve my freedom to play whatever I want, when I want, without worrying about engagement.

It is a cool job to have compared to most!

  6. it looks like the holy towers lock to certain positions on the circle which is why they appear to be "missing". it's clearly a design choice. hellfire towers are slightly better in that they have AoE and sweep through arcs. unholy towers have perfect aim because they just select the closest enemy, but they have the lowest base damage.

  7. I kinda like the cards being random. With the sacrifice mechanic, it makes sense. Make the best of your current hand. Counter with higher draw etc. very different and interesting game. I’ll be checking it out for sure.
