  1. One common theme seems to be how surprised everyone is at how friendly we are here in the states. I follow several youtubers from various points around the world and they've all said the same thing after coming here. They also seemed surprised that almost no one walks around with a pistol on their hip.

  5. When i caught wind of the USA trip and saw the pic of the dirty 30 on the lookout of Imogene pass (my profile pic on youtube) I immedately planned a Colorado trip and I ran a whole bunch of trails. I just got back tonight! I ran corkscrew gulch, hurricane pass, california pass, engineer pass, cinnamon pass, mineral creek (lower enegineer mountain road), and finished with the bottom end of Imogene pass. Made it to the lookout and the snow was too deep and slick to go any further up the trail. I'm really looking forward to the next episode. I was so stoked on the colorado trails knowing that just a few months ago Shawno and Graham and the crew were in the same spot as me! I had my trooper in the same turf as the legendary dirty 30!

  6. Remember when you were doing that beers in the shed episode and you said you think the Aussie's take 4wd more serious? Now I bet you're shopping for a set of 40's huh? 😄Most of us have 35's or bigger on our tow rigs pulling the trailers our wheelers are on. Glad you enjoyed it boys.

  7. Outstanding!! Nothing but breath taking views and amazing content.

But boys, you know what you need to take away from this (which you’ve already taken on board), using your voice to show how tracks need to be cared for.

Just loved it and will rewatch with the kids.

  8. Talk a Tuff track with Superb views that carn't be beaten. Pete your a great spotter BUT! I think Shauno and Graham ahd bigger spots in their JOCKS !!! hahahaha. I have been over to USA and seen some of their Mountains But the Rubico Trail is Lengendary and for good reason. The Mitts Canopy held up well, Bloody good Aussie product. Well done and Thankyou

  9. I personally would still have a mid range wheelbase solid axle setup, but a lot of people still sleep on tacoma's, nissan's, and the FJ cruiser because they have IFS. But if you install a long travel setup and remove the front sway bar. They are still extremely capable and the front actually has more ground clearance. The rear still has the same clearance with the solid axle though. A test was actually done and if you get the most flex by removing the front sway bar, and typically actually install a maybe 1 step stiffer rear sway bar of the FJ. For Tacoma's with leaf springs, there is not rear sway bar.

  11. I really want to know what you thought of the Sierra Nevada Beer!

Epic video and the Apex of off roading driving the Rubicon is. Knowing some of the other places you boys are going, you have only seen an inch of the miles the states can offer. Rubicon might be the top of trails, but I thin Utah is the best of the best when it comes to scenery. Can’t wait for the next one!
