One common theme seems to be how surprised everyone is at how friendly we are here in the states. I follow several youtubers from various points around the world and they've all said the same thing after coming here. They also seemed surprised that almost no one walks around with a pistol on their hip.
I'm sitting here after watching this with a huge smile on my face. This adventure, with the people in it, the views, the wheeling, the vehicles, is the definition of awesome. Great video! Keep on rocking.
That was nuts 🇦🇺💪🏽
Tele track all day long
I think this video just persuade awhole bunch of Overlanders thinking their 35's rigs can also do it…..Be ready for all them traffic from those guys😂😂😂😂
Do the boy get to take there US rig back to Australia 🇦🇺 or do the cars stay in the US
Looks bloody amazing lads 🤟 need to take the hj47 on her
I had shivers the entire episode and a huge smile!!!!
Badass vid y’all should ride in bigger rigs next time so you don’t have to go around all the fun stuff😅
Yota bois doing what they do best. Rolling over lol
Been watching you guys since I got into the 4×4 world about 5 years ago. Its really cool to see you here in my back yard. I just completed the Rubicon in the beginning of January its been one of my best life experiences ever. Highly recommend.
Awesome to see you all make it out to the USA!! Been watching a while from the US thanks for the YouTube content!! Make sure you hit Windrock Park in Tennessee as well as Moab Utah!!!
Awesome build Dude. Love the Patrol!
Jeeps are stupid
nice video…..im new subcriber come from Sarawak Malaysia
When i caught wind of the USA trip and saw the pic of the dirty 30 on the lookout of Imogene pass (my profile pic on youtube) I immedately planned a Colorado trip and I ran a whole bunch of trails. I just got back tonight! I ran corkscrew gulch, hurricane pass, california pass, engineer pass, cinnamon pass, mineral creek (lower enegineer mountain road), and finished with the bottom end of Imogene pass. Made it to the lookout and the snow was too deep and slick to go any further up the trail. I'm really looking forward to the next episode. I was so stoked on the colorado trails knowing that just a few months ago Shawno and Graham and the crew were in the same spot as me! I had my trooper in the same turf as the legendary dirty 30!
on ya boys! more to come excited to see the day come to new zealand!
I have waited for this for so long. I'm so bummed I missed you guys! I live in lake tahoe!!!
Looks the goods mate! Well done 👍
I like squirrel gizzards and corn grits on the trail.
Amazing video gotta come down here to hawaii to wheel🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
I have toured most of Australia 🇦🇺 but it's my dream to go see the USA 🇺🇸 for the first time and couldn't imagine doing it any other way than in a 4WD….good stuff guys great to see 👍🏻
Remember when you were doing that beers in the shed episode and you said you think the Aussie's take 4wd more serious? Now I bet you're shopping for a set of 40's huh? 😄Most of us have 35's or bigger on our tow rigs pulling the trailers our wheelers are on. Glad you enjoyed it boys.
Welcome to the States fellas, glad you can enjoy our home. Be safe hopefully i can wheel down under one day.
4wd 24/7 might as well be an American show coz everyone calls there 4wd a truck, and would Shaun be pissed off coz a Lexus gx470/Toyota prado out drive him?? 😂😂
This is top notch
AWESOME GUYS
Outstanding!! Nothing but breath taking views and amazing content.
But boys, you know what you need to take away from this (which you’ve already taken on board), using your voice to show how tracks need to be cared for.
Just loved it and will rewatch with the kids.
Incredible…much love from Kenya
First time in my life 35" look like 32s hahaha. Fantastic video!!!
Talk a Tuff track with Superb views that carn't be beaten. Pete your a great spotter BUT! I think Shauno and Graham ahd bigger spots in their JOCKS !!! hahahaha. I have been over to USA and seen some of their Mountains But the Rubico Trail is Lengendary and for good reason. The Mitts Canopy held up well, Bloody good Aussie product. Well done and Thankyou
Stoked y’all finally made it out here and I’m glad the ole rubi didn’t let y’all down!
This is absolutely amazing and eye opening and much more all in one great job boys.
99% chance of not getting shot doing an Aussie track 😄
🥲 that's more epic than epic
wooh woooh finally 🔥🔥 you guys are the best 👌 making 4wd content 👏 🙌 🔥🔥
Some states in the U.S. allow bigger than 38s there are 54 inch tires that are approved for highway use
I personally would still have a mid range wheelbase solid axle setup, but a lot of people still sleep on tacoma's, nissan's, and the FJ cruiser because they have IFS. But if you install a long travel setup and remove the front sway bar. They are still extremely capable and the front actually has more ground clearance. The rear still has the same clearance with the solid axle though. A test was actually done and if you get the most flex by removing the front sway bar, and typically actually install a maybe 1 step stiffer rear sway bar of the FJ. For Tacoma's with leaf springs, there is not rear sway bar.
that whole dialog around the sausage dinner has me in tears laughing! Love you guys and your humor! What amazing experience to take back home with you running the Ruby!
What an incredibly well done video, felt like I was there. So enjoyable to watch.
Hey mate the scratches tell a story loving the content from N. California
You rolled your Rubicon?
USI
I really want to know what you thought of the Sierra Nevada Beer!
Epic video and the Apex of off roading driving the Rubicon is. Knowing some of the other places you boys are going, you have only seen an inch of the miles the states can offer. Rubicon might be the top of trails, but I thin Utah is the best of the best when it comes to scenery. Can’t wait for the next one!
This is so awesome…👍👍
