Human Betrayal! | Crusader Kings 3: Elder Kings 2: Ayleid Revenge #2

The long anticipated Elder Kings II, an Elder Scrolls conversion for Crusader Kings III, is here (well, has been for a while, I’m late to the party) and I thought what better way to celebrate the mod returning than my own return to CK3, and recreating the very scenario that started this very channel.

  2. [Simplified] Lore refresher on Malada: The Aedra are the 8 divines and associated spirits who sacrificed their power to create the mortal realm. The Daedra [as in Daedric Prince] refused to participate and retained their strength. Malada and Ehlnada are two categories of Aedra, Ehlnada gave up their immortality in the process of creation, while Malada retained their divine spark. The divine architect Magnus and his children [The Magna Ge] fled before the completion of the mortal realm to retain the last of their power, tearing the sky open. Magnus left behind the sun, the Magna Ge left behind the stars.
The 9th divine doesn't actually exist yet at the point that EK2 takes place, that being Talos aka Tiber Septim, the human emperor that united Tamriel under his domain.

  3. I vote we find and invite the Maormer Courtier to court and give them a piece of land for funsies, give them Cultural Exemptions.
So we have some Maormer Courtiers for the future.

Not to mention Summon a Bunch of Dremora friends.

Should also get your new Bosmer Friends as well as your Ultra-Chad Mage married so they can also grant you grand courtiers.

  5. 10:35 My take is Elrang doesn't trust the humans and so wants to be able to understand their talk in case they are insulting him in another language (this is something that is weirdly common for people to think is happening irl)

  6. I just had a great idea Sam. Use the main chanel for you over the top Rimworld stories, 2nd channel for Tryhard Sweaty Rimworld stories and your Brand New Third channel for…. the other stuff. (This is a facetious truth).

  7. Yeah, Vanus Galerion is usually on the top five picks for "Strongest Mages in Elder Scrolls history" along with people like Mannimarco, Divayth Fyr, and Sotha Sil. He's rubbing shoulders with gods and immortals.

  8. "You wait until I get out of here and get that destruction magic going!"
What a coincidence, thats just what my character said to Socucius in Seyda Neen, Uriel in his prison, Tullius in Helgen, and Molag Bal in coldharbor 😆
