The ActCon Aftermath + America's Cultural Revolution | Baris, Vivek, Rufo | LIVE 7.17.23

It was an epic weekend in West Palm Beach at the Turning Point Action Conference, and the GOP race is looking much more clear-cut afterwards. Charlie discusses the many events of the weekend and sums up the state of the race in its aftermath. Vivek Ramaswamy, one of the conference’s big winners, stops by for a follow-up discussion, while Rich Baris joins to talk the latest primary polling. Then, Chris Rufo joins for a full hour on his new book chronicling America’s cultural revolution: The relentless and sinister rise of wokeness from the fringes to become America’s dominant ideology.

  1. there cant and wont be a cultural revolution in america its impossible and they cant make wokeism a dominant ideology in america or force people to bow down to it its impossible and they cant completley erase, destroy, chamnge or rewrite history its impossible china tried that and failed. they cant reshape americans opinions or how they view their past and present.

  2. The secret service and FBI is falling short….I’m losing faith in my cherished American institutions. I used to completely trust and respect these agencies. But they’re just thugs for a communist regime now, apparently.

  3. Rnc won't get my money they don't care or have time to bother with everyday people they don't listen to us they think my $10 a month is not worth their time they only care about big money donors we're not worthy of their time but they want our support so I spend my $10 a month buying a brown bag dinner that feeds a family of four at my local grocery store that is donated to feed a family in need through the local church it's done year round my money is spent in my community helping my neighbors that the rnc doesn't care about

  4. Desantis has missed a huge opportunity to get in front of voters…..and he will pay the price for that…. but he is a truly the finest Governor of our state of Florida he should just come home and run for Pres another time….focus on your job at home in Florida!

  5. DeSantis may have missed an opportunity (can’t seize them all) but I would say two things:

    1) Charlie Kirk, as wonderful and vital as he is, elevated his personal loyalty to Trump over what’s good for the country – he knows Trump hit his ceiling in 2020 and won’t win and yet he supports him anyway.

    2) if attendees are petty enough to punish DeSantis because he didn’t make a speech at one single event, then they’re not patriots either. This is a man who’s dedicated years of admirable service to his state and his country.

  7. Oh wow!! What powerful words from Vivek’s mouth. I’m overwhelmed by optimism and joy, hearing him speak. Trump pales by comparison. Thank God for acting through this great savior of our nation from certain disaster. Trump will have to bow out and endorse this man, if he really cares for the country more than himself.

  9. I love hearing "how" we got here. You would have to be a genius of epic proportions to have orchestrated all of what is going on. It is one simple plain fact, it's nihlism. It's antichristian, or whatever you want to call it. It is quite plainly the opposite of good and the light, creation vs destruction, etc.

  10. @ Charlie Kirk ; What exactly is a committee member? What do they do? How do I sign up? Our party IS America First party, Charlie!.. Did you hear about the "no label" party? GARBAGE people trying to shake things up and are on primaries in 4 states so far… How come their allowed? Where's the Independent party? But Really WE should have The America First Party!!!!❤ the R`s are too compromised

  11. I like Trump but the truth is that he's divisive. Not because of him necessarily but the billions spent on propaganda against him. People hate him with a burning passion and the election will end up being hotly contested.

Instead, Vivek, who's ideologies pretty much entirely overlap with Trump, can unite this country and effectively dismantle the left/deep state. Trump can still be involved as an advisor (that's what Vivek has said in the past)

I'm voting for Vivek over Trump. Only because he's the only one who can save this country while uniting it
