  1. "40 hours or more seems like most playthroughs". Every other reviewer has this number pegged at 80-120 for a first run — any explination for the discrepancy? some excellent players have quoted the longer number.

  2. For those who have never understood the appeal of Dark Souls, Elden Ring’s action is a different story. Even with helpful new features, this is still a tough game that required me to bang my head against individual bosses for hours on end. If that’s never sounded fun, it still won’t be here. this is a review of a game from digital trends at least bring an angle for those of us who doesnt like Souls like games. not everybody have hours to spend killing a single boss. this is not called best RPG of all times. it is called pinnacle of pain for dark souls fans

  3. story based rpg right. here is another remark from a neutral reviewer; " While Game of Thrones’ author George R.R. Martin contributed writing to the game, the overarching story is perhaps the least interesting thing about it (its standard fantasy mumbo-jumbo with lots of kingdom names peppered in). "
