Packers should give Roger's another year. To trade him or Roger's be forced to retire is going to hurt the packers for a long time.
Dont care what Schefter says
Not a reliable source at this point anymore.
I think he is going to retire or be traded, we haven't resigned cobb, lazard, Mercedes, tonyan or any other veterans that Aaron likes. An I feel like Gutey is ready for a new Era. I want to see Lafleur without Aaron
Luke, you've been doing a really good job. Why would you even bother making a video about anything that Shefter says? Leave that to someone who doesn't take their job seriously!
I have strongly believed that Aaron Rodgers will be in GreenBay because that's his home he said that himself
Rodgers isn’t going anywhere! $60,000,000 is waiting in GB for Rodgers. No one is going to give up draft pick for a QB who is planning to retire!
I'm 62 years old from Virginia. All my life I've been a Packers fan! I bleed green and gold. Only love my family more! But here's my take , trade Rogers and let Love play. Believe me , love is a so so QB. Perhaps to get better with playing time. Just so sick of Rogers playing this game of never knowing! Got head problems big time! I felt this way when Favre was doing the same thing! Please let Rogers play i said! Then i got to see one of the greatest QB ever! ..But its time to move on!! -Tim
If Rodgers retires he leaves one hundred million on the table. No way! What do the Jets have to give up for possibly a one year deal and take on that contract.
Why doesn't Schefter try to explain how the Jets are going to clear 60 million of cap space so it's even possible to make the trade. The Jets have to be under the cap by the 15th I believe. If they trade for Rodgers before then, they take the whole contract so they would need to clear 60M. If he plays in GB Rodgers only counts 31M against their cap and they're 16M to the good now. What's a more likely scenario?
Shefter seems to always be wrong when it comes to Rodgers. Hes just is the interested in being first instead of right. But we’ll see. The little kid in me wants to see him retire as a packer but we’ll see what happens. If he gets traded I hope we can get a haul.
Anyone else sick of the saga? Just go
He's staying in Green Bay. No real trade value since he could retire next year. With all the restructuring deals going on more likely to run it back one more time then retire next year just my guess
Come on, it's only March 3rd. Let's just forget that Aaron said he would not hold the team hostage and make a decision by March. Rodger's will make a decision when he has time, hopefully by July or August. After Favre played this same game of not knowing what he wanted to do it's no surprise that Aaron is doing the same thing. He very well might go to the Jets for 1 season then demand a trade to the Vikings or retire to become a Viking. I can only imagine how difficult it is to decide if he wants to earn over $50 million for working 40 hours a week for 6 months out of the year. Sure he has to workout and stay in shape but how many normal people work over 40 hours a week for 50 out of 52 weeks of the year, keep themselves in decent shape for a very small fraction of what Aaron has to scrape by on. I am ready to see what Jordan can do. Will he be as good as Aaron was? Probably not but not many have been. Wake me up if Aaron ever makes a decision and call a doctor for me if he decides to be a team player and play for a team friendly contract and actually shows up for voluntary team activities.
Why do you have all white players in your background? Just curious not implying anything.
Have we forgotten what he did last season? Why do we keep talking about Schefty.
Can't he just restructure his contract so that they can sign a good WR or TE? Rather then move? It's like all we really need.
Trade Rodgers to the highest bidder in either conference.
The Packers front office is so incompetent I bet they drive him into retirement or he stays for the money for one more year without any help once again
Why does one go into a darkness chamber? To forget and mpve on. Je goong to the jets, best chance to win then retire.
You must really be desperate for News to quote the guy no one listens to. C’mon Man!
If Love and Rodgers compete for the job, Rodgers wins.
Trade Rodgers for a first (absolute minimum), save a tonne of money, sign Bates at Safety, draft Gonzalez, draft JSN. Roll with Love.
J E T S I gotta believe the GM's have already worked out the deal and are just waiting for Aaron to agree to it. So many of Mista Rodgers close buddies do not look like they will be on the Packers next year so he may as well move on. I personally L O V E the idea!!
We’re now going into the fourth year of Adam Schefter claiming adamantly that Rodgers will be leaving the Green Bay in the offseason. I truest feel like he's a terrible reporter!
Aaron Rodgers will get $40.7 million if he retires. Tom Brady got $25
I think Rodgers will retire instead of going back and forth with the Pack.
The Packers have made it clear that Love is the future of the team…I also believe he will be the starter in 2023. What that means for Rogers who knows.
Why won't they let him come back and compete for the starting job?
Why not wait to hear from him directly.
Arodj would never retire on that horse dung season, and the pack sucx, Arodj ain't gonna sux.
I think it’s possible he remains with the team but I hope he doesn’t 😂
Problem is Rodgers knows Packers are not a playoff caliber winning team with him or not. Roster is average at best.
Getting tired of this not team friendly contract issue. Rodgers cap for 2023 is $31.6 million, way below market and team friendly by all means. Guaranteed cash is not a cap issue people. Any and all forward can be reworked. Pack sits on over $250-300 million cash funds aside from cap responsibility. It is team friendly!
Let's go JL10 💚💛🟢🟡
Oh ok Rodgers stay in GB. We all know you gonna. Tired of this Skip CD' blah blah blah
