  1. I’m curious as to why you are fibreglassing walls rather than using hygienic wall liners, it would be good to get an understanding. Altro Whiterock, Saniclad, and other liners are available, I can understand fibreglassing uneven surfaces like old walls but I think it would still be quicker to line with CP board and then line over top with hygienic liner. The only thing to be careful of with liners is to ensure all the details, like edges are done properly. If fibreglass starts to debond it will eventually spread the whole wall. Armourglaze is a hospital spec paint on system, any good decorator can apply it with guidance from the manufacturer.

  2. Tom I'm glad that you're carrying on with with the dairy and raising cattle. For what i've heard from your dad and aunt and uncle there's quite a bit of history in the the milking room. That's really cool. Here in United States they either sale off their cows and walk away from the old dairies that they can't milk too many cows at a time. Or they build great big dairies to milk an outrageous amount of cows with 2 milking parlors and they milk 24/7 is what i've been told atleast when i took feed commodities to a couple of dairies in California.

  4. I loved this vlog, just to listen to your family talking about the history of the parlour. Heart warming, and acceptance of change. Can’t wait to see how the new parlour takes shape.

  5. If you get a Box that can attach to the front of your manatoui front loader. You’ll be able to use the height on that, to wash the solar panels on the roof. Almost like a fire brigade box. When they’re putting out fires in tall buildings.

  6. Good luck on your 10 wk target for the new parlour to be up and running tom. I'll tell you now, there's no chance, add 6, 8 wks or double your original 10. Sorry to be pessimistic, but I've been there, done it. Good luck.
