I call for a recount… you didn't even check Prom's skills — you just watched a replay where he didn't get a turn. Evan saying he stuns "sometimes" just shows you have no idea! His s3 unconditionally aoe stuns 100% and applies defense break, his s2 aoe pushes atk bar back 30% and 100% stuns any monster with under 30% hp.
That's not even counting his s1 which ignores dmg reduction shields/invincible, and grants an additional turn if it kills.
He is a cc champ, yet Tomoe wins because she has a 30% chance of a single target stun on s1, and can push back atk bars a little on s3?
Even Thrain made it through, when he literally only has a chance to stun on dots, and even then — you can't target who you want to stun. He almost made it through to the semi-finals?!?! Thrain is obviously a more useful mon overall, but that's not the theme of this video ranking.
