Former SMPD officer shot by San Marcos police early Christmas morning
The City of San Marcos reported just after midnight, police were called to the Grand at Stonecreek apartments near I-35 and East McCarty Lane.

They said a woman called 911 and told dispatchers there was an assault in an apartment at the complex. They said the man allegedly responsible, later identified as Kyle Lobo, 36, was drinking WHILE ARMED.

Lobo resigned from the San Marcos Police Department earlier this year amid charges. The city confirmed it’s the same man.

The only reason they let him keep his fire alarm along with all that officers when I do something like this is because they've done some bad s*** to civilians and they're worried the civilian any of them might finally get mad enough and show up and want to hurt him but he's allowed to protect himself we're not remember that government employees are not the same as this unfortunately they're starting to learn keep those cameras out citizens never trust a city county state federal employee they're there to lie cheat and steal and live off our money from taxes never trust them..
