The Walmart supervisor Andre Bing in Virginia left behind what he called a “death note” on his phone that apologized for what he was about to do while simultaneously blaming others for mocking him. “Sorry everyone but I did not plan this I promise things just fell in place like I was led by the Satan,” Andre Bing wrote on a note that was left on his phone, Chesapeake Police said Friday. Police also said the gun, a 9 mm handgun, was legally purchased on the morning of the shooting and that Bing had no criminal record. However, you don't get to take people's lives over words and accusations of one's character. I can't go around physically harming people, all because they don't like me. Leave that shit at the door.   18. Why do people have to be so dumb sometimes. Shooters out there. Why does stuff like that have to happen. Stuff like that is crazy. Just because somebody bullied you doesn’t mean you have to shoot them. You could be arrested for a very very long time. There are many 👮‍♂️ out there to arrest you.

  22. 57:24 – I think Walmart can win one case, but cause hundreds of more deaths by how their lawyers pursue civil litigation and settlements. Allow more voices like these shouting "he was weak" "he should have taught his bullies respect!" More stones from the guiltless, as your Bible might say.

    It depends what kind of evidence can get pulled. I think the FBI can transfer evidence to the Virginia Commonwealth attorney general. I don't know who would have standing, perhaps the surviving victims?
