  1. the young child does appear more like toddler in size (like in real life). if they are making babies, they may choose to make slightly smaller. I think the fact they are making it is wonderful. so excited!

  2. The kid on the bike in the render all but confirms for me that they'll add it in – I can't imagine they'd want another industrial loft window debacle. And a baby update + dentures really screams "generations expansion"… An update geared towards elders and babies are one of the most asked for things in the Sims community. The most common criticism I hear for Sims 4 is that it's a "young adult simulator" instead of a life simulator, so these are all pleasant surprises!

  3. The over wolf and curse forge could also be where the controversy of being a paid modder and having it be not free for dwnld at all and it's a revamp of that so it is and a better handle on launching it free

  4. Having the assets on the right-hand side of the screen makes sense to me, but I'm a Technical Artist and I am constantly working in various 3D programs. The UI for those programs are typically all over the screen, but I would say that I am usually going back to the right-hand-side of the screen (if I'm not using hotkeys/customized hotkeys).

  5. A generations pack would make sense as many simmers have been begging for it.

On the other hand: the clutter box with memories also contains a cassette. This could link together with the false teeth to an Elder kit.
We've had the 2 KIT icon leak which had a coffee mug with a letter and everyone assumed it means something office related. But what if it's an elder KIT? Elder people are usually fond of drinking lots of coffee and the letter could hint at their way of communicating in a time when there weren't cellphones! Also that same box with the photo's and cassette has got a letter on top of it. Perhaps the coffee mug and letter showcases the simplicity that elder people had back in the days?

  6. Here's hoping we get occult babies too <3 It will help detract from the fact mods on the console are a no unless they integrate it into console hosting directly (think Bethesda mods for skyrim/fallout 4). As a console player I am really sad that the only thing we get consistently, is being left behind :'( I do want to thank you for those console friendly builds though! It feels like we were finally seen!!

  7. Yeah people don’t realize how common project “x “ is in not just gaming, but all of the tech industry. Halo reach was called project Omaha, Zelda breath of the wild was called project uking. PlayStation 5 was called project scarlet. I mean it’s just the way the industry works.

Which is fine that people don’t know that, but it’s been annoying seeing comments of VERY angry people going “MISINFORMATION” and “its not the sims 5 you’re lying!”

Like no, this is literally how the industry works.

  8. Mobile devices are getting more powerful for example the google pixel 7 phone witch just came out has 8 gb ram and up to 256 gb of storage for the base model. 12 gb ram and up to 512 gb storage for the pro. That's basically a laptop. So really the only thing they would need to figure out is the graphics.

  9. This is definitely exciting but with the ongoing post-update bug that is making all sims being autonomously mean to each other (even with autonomy off!) I am SUPER frustrated with EA. They haven’t even acknowledged this massive bug that’s making the game effectively unplayable!

  10. Hey Deli, TnT_Terry here 😉 You were talking about the possibility of mods probably not being included for Curse/forge because you don't see how mods could work for the consoles. My hubby has been using mods on both his Xbox and PS3, PS4 and now PS5 for years, Skyrim and many other games included. So this could very well be a possibility if EA is finally joining the rest of the world in gaming abilities, but we are talking EA lol, so maybe not get ones hopes up 😛

  11. Love a long video 🙂 I can't wait to see how the customisable furniture parts work (e.g., changing the bedhead shape looks so cool!). But I agree with you, I hope they don't dumb it down so that it works across devices.

  12. Just a thought…..the shot of the five different photos for uncoming stuff:
The chair could be a nursing chair
The box of hair ties and jewelry could be child/teenager
    The lingerie/swimwear could be teenager/adult/YA
    The dentures could be elder
The box of memorabilia could be family history, generations, or ancestors, ect

  13. I think mobile Sims 5 might look more like free design of rooms, etc (or some kind of shared build space) that you can upload to your gallery as opposed to a full version of the same game on the phone. I don’t think there’s much chance a full sims would ever truly be able to fit on a normal phone unless we have a huge upgrade in standard phone memory space in the next few years.

  14. Maybe they're using "cloud gaming"? And the Project Rene being said and that the community will be involved: beta testings? I already got the opportunity for being a beta tester for For Honor… they asked me some questions afterwords. Some beta testings are made for some features not all, and it's not the final product yet. Some game companies have that many months before launching the actual game. Basically they ask you what you liked and what you didn't like so they can have feedback before the launch in order to "fix" it (making more enjoyable, and time enough for major changes). I hope that's what they meant for the Project Rene.

  15. Hey @deligracy just wanted to let you know that the last few times I’ve commented on one of your videos I’ve gotten spam replies from
accounts pretending to be you. You probably already know this, but I figured I’d let you know. I’ve reported them each time.
