Lyrics:
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
…And I Know It’s YOU

Aint nobody gonna cut me- Corrupt me- Instruct me- Consequently
Condition your interruption to disrupt me
What’s the matter with my image: the balance or the presence?
Older and still blown out- Follow me, I know where we’re going now
Pentagrams, Penitentiaries- I’ve been here for centuries
I’m a product of the system-The price you can’t resist
Fuck, I bless where I spit- cross the ground… get over it
Massacred disaster is the perfect one we need today

I know the Reaper is a Liar and I still don’t care because I know it’s YOU
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
I Know It’s-

Slaughter, Slaughter it can happen to a Father, Father you see
Everybody has a weakness- reveal yourself, I’ll eat the pieces
Don’t be judging me- I know the dues I know the fees
I know the rules I know you cheat- we never need to brandish heat
Psychos, Cycles, madness comes around around around around
Tyrants, Tirades, love to swing the hammer bring the hammer down
Famous and infamous, No way of knowing I’m obsessed with this shit
I just wanna get what’s coming to me

I know the Reaper is a Liar and I still don’t care because I know it’s YOU
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
…because I Know It’s YOU
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
…because I Know It’s YOU

I WAS A SIGN- THE SIGN WAS IN THE EYES- THE EYES WERE IN THE SKULL
THE SKULL WAS IN THE WALL- THE WALL WAS IN MY HEAD- MY HEAD WAS IN THE GROUND- THE GROUND WAS ALL DECAYED- THE ROTTING HAD A NAME- THE NAME WAS A SIGN

ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
I know the mystery is the fire, I wish it wasn’t true
I know the fuckin Reaper is a Liar and I still don’t care because I know it’s YOU
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
…because I Know It’s YOU
ONE OF US KNOWS WHO HATES ME/ ONE OF US LOVES IT
I Fucking Know It’s You.

  1. Isso sim é música de verdade, o instrumental é insano. Voz do Corey sempre massa demais, uma hora está diabólica e outra está angelical. Umas das melhores músicas da banda sem dúvidas, obra prima.

  2. Since September 25 I have the new Slipknot's album called "THE END, SO FAR", long before they would release it on the September 30th.
To be honest, the album surprised me I barely heard the song that opens it, it's an absolutely FUNKY POP (whatever that rhythm is, "ADDERALL" is the worst song to start an Slipknot's album throughout it's history, does not have anything to do with the true sound of Slipknot, confused me, I thought it was a mistake but then I understood that Corey Taylor does whatever he wants with the band, that song is very similar to a collaboration that Corey Taylor had the guitarist Zack Wylde called "Sleeping Dogs". The album has about 7 good songs of 12, of which 5 are the pure Slipknot style and the other 2 sound to a mix between Slipknot and Stone Sour (the other parallel band of the singer Corey Taylor). The others songs are a filling of crap and that makes me angry, THEY HAVE LOST THEIR IDENTITY AS A BAND, I could noticed that one or two members (Surely Corey and Shawn Crahan, especially Corey) are those who have taken control in the composition of the last albums, and I'm completely sure that Mick does not care anything in the band except the money he receives, till the point of not composing anything because he is under Corey's control. And the guitarist Jim Root is totally BROKEN and ROTTEN in the riffs and guitar's solos, I don't like them and I can't stand them anymore, it's the same sound and style that he always made in Stone Sour, he does not even have the DECENCY and INTELLIGENCE of "trying" to make them different, the bass has more presence and I like that, the drums sounds very well, technically remarkable and acceptable but not surprising, Jay Weinberg has evolved a lot like drummer and he has put his signature into the band, but by listening to this new entire album, for the first time in a long time, I felt nostalgia because I noticed the absence of Joey Jordison (R.I.P) in Slipknot, I missed his style of playing drums and everyone knows he was a Great Commander on drums.
I have noticed that this album has certain recycled riffs from others songs of them, if you listen from the second 5 forward on the song "H377", you will realize that it sounds almost the same when the songs "THE PULSE OF THE MAGGOTS" and "THE DEVIL IN I" start.
I also noticed a disgusting plagiary in the song "HIVEMIND", if you hear carefully from the second 53 forwards the riff that makes one of the guitarists, it's the same riff that sounds in the song "IRRESPONSIBLE HATE ANTHEM" of MARILYN MANSON, specifically at 3:09 of that song (I hope Manson can sue them on Courts). And in "HIVEMIND", they recycle one other old riff from another Slipknot's song, you just listen that song from the 4:46 minute till the end, because it's almost the same riff as the song "SULFUR" at 4:03 minutes to the end.
And the song that really make me angry because is disappointing, it's "HEIRLOOM" because it's a copy of the song "COME WHAT(EVER) MAY" from STONE SOUR and because I also consider that for the way how the song starts, it seemed to be a very good song but the way how Corey Taylor sings it, completely destroys it. And I'm sure that song will be released as a new single, after all.

Anyways, the album is not disposable to 100% but it is not the best work of them either and I think it does not exceed the previous album "WE ARE NOT YOUR KIND" (by the way, it was not the best of them at that time), I would say I even think it's moderately acceptable after several times to hear it.
Slipknot's problem is that THEY HAVE LOST THEIR IDENTITY, THEY DON'T KNOW or FORGOT WHO THEY WERE AND THEY ARE, THEY ARE NO LONGER SLIPKNOT, they are SLIPSOUR.
Taylor's singing way is bored and it's always the same, those laughs in the songs and that ridiculous moan that he makes at the end of every song it bored me, it doesn't surprise me in nothing and that removes emotivity.

The best songs of "THE END, SO FAR" are: "THE DYING SONG (Time to sing)", "THE CHAPELTOWN RAG", "YEN", "HIVEMIND", "WARRANTY", "MEDICINE FOR THE DEAD" and "H377".

I gave them 2 stars and half of 5 stars…
It had to be said and I said it…
