ΟΞ±αΏΟΞ΅! Glad you're back. Happy New Year!
This made my day π€
I enjoyed the magical origins sections, but ultimately I am nowhere near convinced. Staying secret for just a century seems eminently explainable. They surely chose the spot for the fog (which doesn't seem magical, as it remains all this time past discovery despite being a disadvantage for a merchant city. It's easily possible that any few ships that stumbled across it were seized or otherwise contained. And a century is no time at all in GRRM's world. Also, I think we don't really have any concrete examples of green magic in Essos (?), so it seems like a huge stretch. Still, it's always nice to entertain parallels. But be aware, I will click on and enjoy your videos even if they contain no novel theories.
10 days of feeeeeasting π π π say it with me now.

Another great video. Easily one of my favorite channels.
ELAAAA REE AGAPIII SLAYYYY EPESTREPSESπ¦ π¦ π¦ π¦
The idea that the Titan "coming alive to defend the city" is a combo of the genuine garrison within the Titan and the magical defenses within the Titan and it's horn-like roar is super plausible to me. I believe it. That way there both a "oh no see it's just a story" and a deeper magical explanation.
My cats and I have missed your videos! π π π πββ¬
I am a little late but wooooo new video!!!!
We've missed you…
<3
Miaow
I love your videos so much and really appreciate the detail and care you put into them. Braavos is such an interesting place βΊ
Glad to be back in company (of the cat)!
This is a great video, very informative.
Peak has arrived
Ξαλη Ξ΅Οάνοδο!
Solid return.
Great to see you back again.
When the world needed her the most she returned.
Welcome Back, Happy New Year. Good to hear from you. I like your Theories and will always wait patiently for the next one, Quality before Quantity that's what I say. And a Video about the Faceless Men? Count me in, I can't wait to see it. But could you maybe mention the Lion of the Night in the House of Black and White and how he is portrayed? What I find quite interesting is how that Description would fit Daenerys when she starts her Journey in ACOK, she wears the Pelt of the Hrakkar which was killed by Drogo with the Head of said white Lion over her Head, which would mean when she is seen from far away, she would look like a mix of Human and Lion who rides on a Silver horse. Sidenote, she does this to protect her Head from the Sun, she has no Hair at that Point of the Story so she could easily get a Sunstroke. I mean they do travel through a Desert the Red Waste. Nonetheless, she resembles the Lion of the Night in that part.
Company of the cat is back!
Yayyyy!!! Company of the Cat! My favorite Aussie!
All cities are alive, I know you know this!
Lewin is quite a good source of what passes for scientific fact in ASOIAF, but Nan 's stories are from the age of magic and told to the Stark children in a world where magic is about to once more……Hatch!
I think that Bravos sounds like a combination of Amsterdam, Venice, New Orleans, and the great river of grass that once covered the southernmost third of Florida.
I think I'd love to visit Bravos on Unmasking Eve.
Dyeing your sails purple just because you are leaving your home lagoon is an absolute boss move.
"Oh, I need to go incognito? Well, let me just dress like an emperor, and nobody will notice."
How did I never connect the Crannogmen with the Bravosi, they both live in marshes!? You are an eye-opener
Babe wake up, Cat finally dropped a new video.
Outstanding ππ Like the Iron Islands George jumped the shark on Braavos,
Epic to see you pop up in the feed again π€ thanks for your work!!
Can Old Nan mean "maiden's blood" when she says what feeds the Titan? I thought It could be connected to Azhor Ahai with his sword and Brandon of the bloody blade….
Yasou
Yay! Sheβs back! Glory to the Queen!
I missed you
I missed you β€
YOURE BACK
Finally, I was suffering withdrawal symptoms!
Ah, Iβve missed that accent β₯οΈ
She returns! Good to see you again Ms Cat! π
28:00 This might be silly but what if GRRM is playing with language here with water/warder magic
Ten Days of Feasting – if you had not said anything, I would have never catched that.
Missed you. Great comeback, please keep it going.
Firstly – yay new video! Secondly i always felt Braavos was very Rhoyne-y, (what is mist/fog if not a "wall of water," in cloudy formation), but the idea of a melting pot of magic is really interesting π€π€
