This also covers the strongest Builds and Weapon combos for Tactical, Bulwark, Sniper, Assault, Vanguard & Heavy with tips and tricks to help you progress into ruthless difficulty and understand the advanced mechanics of the game including stat & Perk functionality and what important items/weapons you want to use and what to avoid have been updated as well.

  2. GAMEPLAY AND BALANCING CHANGES
    • Med Stims will restore you to full health
    • You can now carry an unlimited amount of stims at once
    • Armor delay reset reduced from 25 seconds to 20 seconds
    • Melee weapons damage slightly increased
    • Melee weapons animation speed slightly increased
    • Frag grenade damage and effect radius increased
    • Dodging will interrupt the animation of your
    attack
    • Power Fist: base damage is increased

    Contested Health:
    – Contested health duration before it decays has been increased from 2 seconds to 5 seconds
    – Dealing damage restores 10% more contested health
    – Contested health decays 50% more slowly

    Gun Strike:
    – You have an option to perform gun strike on incapacitated Majoris level or higher enemies, but only if they become incapacitated by your damage
    – If all ammo and mags for your secondary weapon are depleted, you won't be able to perform a gun strike
    – Performing a gun strike consumes 1 bullet
    – If you perform a gun strike while your secondary weapon is out of ammo, it reloads automatically

    NEW FEATURES
    – Camera shoulder swap
    – Added FOV slider

    PVP
    • Health will regenerate faster if you're out of combat

    OPERATIONS MODE
    • Vanguard's Grapnel Launcher will work on any surface
    • You are now able to select specific AI teammates
    • You are now equipped of stim and random grenade at the start of the game

    CAMPAIGN
    • Jump pack now comes with unlimited charges

    QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENTS
    • Bulwark and Heavy will choose to slide over rolling when dodging
    • The execution animation speed has slightly increased
    • Team armor and contested health are now displayed on their health bar
    • Armor bars from Armor boost will now function just like regular Armor bars
    • Grenades explosions will cause flammable barrels to explode
    • Getting ammo from the ammo cache is now quicker
    • Thrown grenades will travel faster
    • You can now switch between grenades

  4. They really need to tune down the enemies dodging and reduce their iframe too ideally. I wasn’t even playing melee and Ive seen one of these majoris spam dodge 7 times in a row. I just stood there waiting for him to stop

  5. Assault needs 1) ability to regen red health by aggressive playstyles 2) Ability to animation cancel our slow ass swings that get us caught out constantly.

    Assault is honestly only played because we love the style and/or lore. Vanguard out matches us in every way and it's not even close. 50% improved parry AND dodge windows on top of the fencing weapon as well, 10% health regen per execute, movement ability, unlimited wave clear with melta, great melee dps typically running faster weapons that dont get you stuck and unable to cancel and dodge out.
