Your garden looks great! You are going to have a wonderful harvest!
Omg! Y’all check out Little Mountain Ranch! She is fantastic…her garden is huge and give so much amazing tips for gardening..canning…cooking and baking! She is so full of knot and her gardens are super amazing!! Little mountain ranch is a channel that Becky follows as well! Check her out and subscibe to her!
I grew pumpkins on a trellis, but I had to support them with pantyhose under them and tied to trellis. Lost a couple of them breaking and hitting the ground before I got to support them.
I had to plant seeds twice this year. The first time I planted seeds none of them germinated. The second time I planted seeds they germinated. I planted corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. The corn and the tomatoes are doing pretty well, but my cucumber plants were producing flowers. However, they died, and I am still waiting on my pepper plants to produce flowers. I guess Mother Nature works on her own schedule, so I will have to see what happens!
Your garden looks fabulous. You and Josh must be to proud of the outcome. All your hard work certainly has paid off. Amazing. I love all your videos and seeing the outcome is so nice..
Love all the pumpkins!!
Your garden is amazing and beautiful flowers!
A bunny came into my garden this year and completely mowed down all my beans , twice! 😢
Your flower garden in your landscaping are stunning!
Becky, the compost feeds the soil which in turn then feeds the plants. They trade carbon (compost) for nitrogen (soil). A perfect symbiotic relationship!
That flower bed is gorgeous, like magazine picture gorgeous!
I would suggest not planting red flowers with either tomatoes or peppers. As I can see issues with thinking red flowers are ripe tomatoes or peppers.😮
Beautiful harvest 🎉🎉🎉
What do feed with?
If you are getting peaches I highly recommend the Drunken Peaches recipe in your New Ball Canning Book and also the Roasted Peach Jam in the Freeze Fresh book you have. They are both great!
I want to see you grow out meat birds in a mobile coop, before you plant wheat.
Your garden and landscaping is amazing.
A very nice harvest indeed!! All that hard work has paid off for sure!!
I love your channel ❤
have you tried making zapple crumble with the huge zukes?
Red noodle beans are an easy win for an arched trellis takeover. Even if you don't like to eat them, they are stunning hanging from the trellis. They are yummy young stir fried. It only takes about 1 bean per person.
You have a very, very beautiful backyard. I mean, it’s gorgeous very beautiful.
Your flowers are amazing, I love what you have done with your landscaping. I look forward to your garden tours all summer!
Your garden looks spectacular, Becky! Did you know you can make Zucchini flour? I am going to try making some with my larger zukes. It should be a fun experiment and using zucchini flour is a great way to get more nutrition into our food!
You have been so successful this year with everything! It must be so encouraging! Now more blueberries! So nice! See you next time!🫛🫑🍅🌶️🥒🥬
Your garden is gorgeous, a true inspiration and you’re definitely the Energizer Bunny!!! Now I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with all you’ve harvested. So I heard to mention your San Marzano tomatoes but I think you should inform folks that they’re actually San Marzano “style” tomatoes and not the true product. To be called actual San Marzanos, they have to be grown in a very specific area in Italy where the soil from Mt Vesuvio helps to make them so delicious. Thank you for all you do!
You could maybe grow cucamelons kn the arched trellis where the sweet peas are. They vine so fast!
I am dying to figure out where you found dragon tongue pole beans. I can only find them as bush bean seeds. I’ve grown rattlesnake pole beans that look similar but would love to try growing these. Where did you find them? Pretty please share! 😊 Also I am in the south so yes, the tomatoes are dying back a bit but if I prune back my indeterminate tomatoes they’ll come back in the fall. Plus I’ve replanted more determinate ones for fall as well. Cherry tomatoes usually power through pretty well in the heat so I plant lots of those. Our main growing season here is fall especially for brassicas so I’m getting more of those seeds planted this month along with my short day onions for next year. Crazy days!
Wow! Great place to harvest❤❤!!!
I love this video so much!! All the volunteers, a coffee cup 😊, you throwing weeds over the fence…all the things! Your flowers have been spectacular…when you said you wanted a lot of flowers this year I never dreamed it would be like this. The harvest you did today made me so happy…tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans, jillions of peppers, those onions, etc. 😳 Abundance!! The pumpkins 😊 I've never had a garden…living vicariously through you is amazing!!
Hey girl u r a strong woman I don't know how u running a house and your channel u have many hats and garden too and raise a family u go girl I love your channel so much I would like see when do u rest on this channel ❤❤❤❤❤
Bugs, Bunnies, Birds and Squirrels! 😂. Great harvest. I’m going to order from floret this year. I did a test in my front garden bed with just everyday zinnias and some dahlias. I’m going to leave the dahlias tubers yarrow and alyssum (if they come back) in and plant florets zinnias next time. I got some good bouquets from the planting but I’d like to up my front yard game. It looks a mess now as I’ve had some health issues that have kept me from being out there but I’m on the other side of that, thanks to prayer and looking forward to what’s coming next! Got to get the drip irrigation in place. That’s the game changer there. I’m in Texas zone 9b, formally 9a. 😂 Beautiful as usual! 💜🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤗
Hı Becky. Sebzelee harika 👍🏻çiçekler birbirinden güzel 🩷👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻çok emek verdin.Bolluk;bereket;sağlık,mutlulukla yeyin 🙏Sevgiler gönül dolusu Türkiye 'den❤️🌹💐
Becky you may need to put a netting under pumpkins on the arch. If they get super big the vine may not be able to support the weight. Garden looks beautiful 🎉
Hello , your pepper do look like Aji crystal which do start a pale yellow and end up a nice bright orange to red color. They are a hot pepper
Why don't you grow squash. Butternut, acorn etc.
Becky if you are wanting a beautiful plant to completely cover your trellis's might I suggest you read up on Purple Hyacinth Bean. It's an heirloom flowering vine with quite a history. I live in zone 7b and I find these vines to spread like none other. I use them to provide shade for my various bird feeders. They are quite beautiful.
Have you ever made a zucchini relish with your zucchini’s and walla walla sweets?
Gotta love grocerie shopping in your own backyard!❤❤❤❤
Keep dead heading your Dahlias, Zinnias and Cosmos. They’ll bloom right til your first frost.
Becky …I HAVE ABOUT 50 GORGEOUS DAHLIAS PURCHASED OVER THE YEARS… WOULD LOVE TO TRADE SOME OF MINE FOR YOUR FLORET SINGLE TUBERS YOU STARTED FROM SEED. LOVE THEM ALL.
What a lovely garden! I am in Houston and most all of my crops are burnt up from the heat and have already been chopped and dropped. I have one tomato plant, some herbs and 3 zucchini's that are still going. We have a few more weeks of close to three digit temps before we can start our second summer season. I love to see how different things are in different parts of the country.
You might consider not pulling the sweet pea flowers I do believe the will come up again next year
Hey, I live in Ridgefield and we have lots of deer and rabbits they don’t bother the square/ pumpkins. They don’t like the prickliness of the plants I grow them in an unfenced area no problem.
Beautiful garden as usual, great job.
Your garden looks absolutely spectacular!
