How I give my breeding worms the best vitamins. #compostingworms

Using Sprouts is an easy way to give your worms vitamins k and E, plus no sodium which worms can’t have. I’ve been sprouting for years and i’ll show you how easy it is.

  1. I feed lots of sprouts to my worms. Deer corn, wheat berries, beans, lentils. I recently had a wet worm bin with standing water. After adding a quart of dry deer corn, the excess water was absorbed. A month later the worms were still eating those sprouts. Great slow food.

  2. I saw Captain Matt do this a couple months ago and I thought it was brilliant. I'm glad to see his methods being passed along. I just uploaded his way of making a simple Worm 🪱 Tea and a second video showing what the Castings looks like after being aerated for the 24 hours. Amazing Gold 🤎💩🤎 for the Garden.
