Amid a big push for Aatmanirbhar Bharat, the Indian Air Force is planning to acquire 114 fighter jets. Out of 114, 96 would be built in India while rest 18 to be imported from a foreign vendor chosen for the project. IAF has plans of acquiring 114 multirole fighter aircraft under ‘buy global and make in India’ scheme. Watch this video to know more.

Such self reliance in army and defense is possible only in Modi govt. Congress govt. cheated Indians and spent huge exchequer on defence purchase. Bofors kick backs by congress is not forgotten. If we make planes and arms in India we can save huge money and even sell them to other nations when international standerds are met. Such economy is also need in saving money on petrol. India should swich over to other fuels like battery operated motor cars.

Even when India bought SU35 its not that all them were delivered to India from Russia, most of them were built in India by HAL as part of tech transfer.
