Some sad news but important to fans of the genre: 9 Years of Shadows by Halberd Studios is delayed on Switch.
It’s another game in the genre of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in which the heroine wields a halberd as her main weapon and uses elemental suits to help traverse through the game. You can see this as I react to the most recent trailer and read the article from Nintendo Life.
This is currently my most anticipated game of 2023, and not only because nothing else has actually been announced by anyone lol. (Still waiting for that Nintendo Direct announcement…)
