first
Second. Never been this early
Third ,early
Meh. Life's already too short to watch self-indulgent films like these.
Considering current events, no one should have faith in humanity
Reality gives me little hope for humanity, so these films might just be on par with the current situation
The thing is: There are SOOOO many post apocalyptic movies, TV series and books. Very few (like Star Trek) that envisions a more positive future. And I wonder if these are a reflection of the psyche of the times or an INFLUENCE on the psyche of the times.
The finale of the night of the living dead is freaking hilarious
So no one is going to actually talk about the movies?
I would have expected someone who writes about movies for a living NOT to mispronounce "Von Trier" THREE TIMES. 🤦😱
Beat is fire bro!
This is a good list! Kudos! Great movies!
Okay I'm sorry but who is "Lars von Trayer"? Oh you meant von Trier. TRIER.
Where's Falling Down on this list? It's such a heartbreaking look at the world around us…and Michael Douglas's realization that he's 'the bad guy'?
The Road left me depressed for hours.
The road is a fantastic movie i never want to see again
Now do "10 Movies where the hero' plan causes the most civilian deaths."
Melancholia isn't just bleak, it's DAMN bleak and hopeless. So, if you are already standing on a ledge or a bridge somewhere —- do not watch this movie. 🙂
I'd like to see a list of the opposite of this. Plausible, believable movies that give us hope.
Weird take on night of the living dead, racially placing whites as rednecks, while you talk about racial profiling
