on Electrocutioner u see how bad people are. there is one mechanic (move in with the debuff), thats too much for 99% of the playerbase
If he won the roll then he gets the gear. Otherwise you are scum.

Just have all in meele range except 2 "healers" with 1 on each side. Left side guy runs out and eats laser and as soon as he got the shot on him he can move in. Then the right side guy moves out. Rinse and repeat and you only have 2 people that need to move instead of 6 😛
