  1. I think it was the same bear that kept returning but I think the bear was tired of humans and their loud destructive toys and the bear wanted him out! So maybe it was just territorial more than anything! Nothing mentioned it was a female bear unlike the next story!

  2. Why doesn't anyone in these stories take their own safety seriously? You are going out into the wilderness without a large caliber semiautomatic rifle or large caliber revolver or 12 gauge shotgun?

If I am ever attacked by a bear it will go something like this…man sees large brown/black bear charging, man shoulders his Benneli M2 autoloading 12 gauge shotgun and pushes the safety off while drawing a bead on it's head area, man pulls the trigger until bear falls dead, man draws his 44 magnum revolver and fires another bullet into the bear's head to insure the bear wasn't playing dead, man calls game warden to report the bear attack.

  3. I caught the premier at the end but I'll listen and comment but I have to restart my P.C. It's dragging. So glad to catch you, Addicus, SBA and everyone this fine afternoon! Richard really had bad luck! That bear stalked him!

  4. Richard said he'd never do that alone, and to me, Richard was right! If he hadn't fired the pistol, as the bear dragged him, he would've been the bear's dinner, furthermore, I believe that it was the same bear due to its actions! He was lucky! The coastguard helicopter had charged their route, otherwise it would be a long time that anyone would have found Richard!

  5. I love seeing the photos, but I recently canceled my patreon membership, because I wasn't able to see the photos like I was when I first signed up. #scarybearattacks would say the photos were posted in the links, but I couldn't find them, so after a couple of months of this, I canceled my patreon membership. I'm not paying for something I can't see. But I still enjoy hearing the stories.

  6. Not all was luck with Blazo! He's a warrior in every sense of the word! Perhaps the sow was 100% ready to mate and was angry because Blazo interrupted it all! The boar was smarter than the sow, and picks his battles well! After Blazo made good work of her, the boar backed away. Anyway, you meet one in estrus, you'd meet another! At least the boar would live to mate again! Blaze was very serious about surviving, and that, he did!

  7. That bear underestimated Yusef. Perhaps he startled the bear as maybe if it was hungry, a sheep would've tasted better. Yusef fought so much for his life, that the bear threw him off the cliff! Luckily, he survived the fall, and the fight!

  8. Never assume, when camping, that just because you haven't experience any incidents with the wild life animals, go unprepared; and never go alone in an area where is secluded and no one can hear your yells for help.

  10. 02:56 I don't plan on having a car crash so I don't need the seat belt.
That last bear had some impressive fence climbing skills. A bull bison probably could've done the same except the bison's belly and rear legs would take some cuts. Plus a bison would just crush the flimsy fence.

  11. On the last story RE:: the question of bear scent ability. This is presuming that dogs and bears have similar smelling sensitivities. With our dept K-9 drug dogs here's how it was explained to us. You are cooking beef & veggie stew with extra ingredients tossed in. Humans get a smell that's a combination of the whole pot. However, the K-9 will pick out peas, onions, beef chunks, carrots, etc. That is why dopers have such a difficult task trying to mask dope smell, the K-9 ignores the coffee grounds or whatever and hits on the dope. Assuming bears have a similar skill or better the bear could pick out his sweetheart's perfume from city odors.
