  1. I feel it's incredibly important to add context to the fourth story: Han was drunk and harassed the gentleman that ended up pushing him; it wasn't intentional that he was pushed onto the track. The man that pushed him, Naeem Davis, was found not guilty and was released as he was found to have acted in self defense.
Additionally, many NY residents condemned the printing of Han's last moments as sensationalist and insensitive.

  2. You always hear about these people or families getting all this money for a wrongful death but I bet most never see even a 3rd of it if any! If the person or persons don't have that kind of money they sure in the hell will never be able to pay them! Just like the OJ thing he was damn near broke you think that family ever got what they were supposed to get!? I highly doubt it!

  3. That's one of the biggest problem today everybody just stands AROUD and watches or pull their damn phones out! I bet 1 out of 100 people would try to help another person if it was dangerous! Hell even if it wasn't! They would rather get it on video!

  4. I haved in Sacramento almost my entire life. I was at this P.O.S. joke of a competition. The Jennifer Strange MURDER(that is really what it is. Manslaughter if I am being kind)was completely avoidable. The station had NO EMT or any trained medics on standby. They received over 30 different calls from medical professionals and they ignored them. The DJs were given ample time to research before this competition, and they chose not to. It was absolutely avoidable if just 1 employee, intern, hell the forking janitor would have googled can you drink yourself to death by drinking to much water.

  5. The first one, is the most ridiculous idea for a "challenge". I'm glad they got a whopping SIXTEEN MILLION because of her death caused by the station.

In the 2nd one, obviously he probably would be alive if he turned back, but I wonder if he would've survived if he hadn't done the long pause in the middle…

  6. I probably would have a hard time sleeping as well if I let someone die so I could get an incredible photo. Tried flashes to stop the operator. Yeah ok buddy but thats not going to help you sleep at night.

  7. That photographer who captured the poor guy on the subway tracks said he was using his flash to signal the conductor, and that there were other people closer to the man that could have helped. The picture itself, however, tells a completely different story if you ask me. I don't see anyone nearer to the man than himself.

  8. 0:05 – Wrong.
Experiences also happen in real time. You Experienced them. Recollecting them is in your memory, only.

Off to a rocky start… Something tells me we're dealing with one of those channels that's 80% incorrect and inaccurate waffle and 20% intent. Let's roll them dice! 🎲🎲🎲
2:12 – that obviously didn't take place anything close to what you've just described. As you state it, these DJs literally didn't care if their contestants died, despite knowing the likely could….. BS, mate
