The Warriors defeated the team that just did a clean sweep of the Nets on the 1st round of the Playoffs. Steph also scored a 43 points in game 4 of the Finals against the Nets which is also higher than any of games Durant have played against them. Durant was efficient because Steph usually draws away so many defenders on the defense. When Durant has to play with the Celtics where he now regularly gets the double team treatment, he fumbled and shot less efficiently.
Durant looked to be better with better stats than Steph while he was at the Warriors because Steph has always been unselfish and be perfectly happy to pass the ball to KD whereas KD has always been an iso player that likes to score for himself.
