Gosh I haven't laughed so much at a battle report before! I don't think it was the wine…. Great work everyone, this was such fun.
What i wouldnt give to play with these lads! None of my local players like to semi roleplay the battle and are very serious so it makes the games very dry at times.
I think everyone who played AdMech misread that Kastelan rule at first.

OHHH OHH" I totally get where the disconnect was in the way the verbiage was structured but, from an audience perspective that was funny as hell. This felt like the a Spongebob Patrick Wallet scene meme happening in real life but with a different ending.

I also read the datasheet as Datasmith giving the Kastelans FNP 4+, but reading it again seems it is correct that only the Datasmith gets it.

I see this every admech game. If they're battleshocked for the first turn, no strategems. So no armor of contempt, no heroic intervention.

Maybe its just me, but i wish you could reduce damage to zero for the Deathwing Knights, i think it would make them a great unit for their costs. As it is, they are just okay.
