6-Year-Old Ukrainian Boy’s Letter to Santa Asks for Peace

He’s making his list and checking it twice. Santa is in the homestretch for his busiest time of the year. His elves in Finland are reading every letter that comes into their workshop. One letter struck them as especially poignant. It was from a boy named Petro who seemed to want to let Santa know about his address change. Petro lives in Ukraine, but was displaced from his home in Kyiv because of the war. He made a special request for peace. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

  1. Christmas is about the birth of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When we focus on the true meaning of Christmas, then we must trust in God to bring peace and love to a world that is so filled with hate and violence. Bring more love to this world by helping those in need, including animals. 😊❤

  2. Time for Santa to become an operator. It reminds of a old meme that said a small child in a war torn land prayed to God to send his angels to stop the war. Then a video of a rear door of a C17 opening and a group of operators lining up and then you see them hold up 30 seconds.”

  3. OK EVERYBODY… Can anybody please tell me if ALL the children in Ukraine can write in perfect cursive English?! At the age of 6?!!!
I would love to get all cooie over this but to me it is 100% obviously just a made up Christmas story made up by a main line government owned news channel. Sometimes we need to close our eyes in order to see what's really going on.

  4. Well the olive branch was offered but Ukrainian president said no thanks. Mainstream media won't tell you about that. NATO is hell bent on keeping this war going and so is Biden.

  5. They did have a peace plan though, but of course Boris Johnson persuaded the plan from going forward to prolong the war because how else should they make their money

  6. There will be no peace talks between Ukraine and Russia as long as Vladimir Putin remains Russian leader, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Tuesday night.

Zelensky can make peace whenever he wants but he doesn’t want peace as he also said he’d fight until the very last Ukrainian.
