Heard a theory that the mutants where keeping the kids safe at little lamp light and they are where the kids came from then when the kids went to big town they would raid it for more people to make into mutants

94 was one of the best vaults 76 introduced. But it was at its peak when It was a raid. when it was first introduced it was Hard as hell and required days maybe a week of prep just hoping to get through it and beat it assuming you'd even get close to the end because of how difficult it was to get through But it is still the best interation of the vault. Changing it to a daily op was a big mistake
